A new fuel pump is around Rs.3700 , and labor IMO shouldn't cost you more than 300 - its a pretty straight forward swap.Originally posted by Shubham2003 View Post

Just enquire at your ASC for the exact price.

Even in my case they first said i will have to do it under insurance , i think they raised a tag to ktm with my broken rim and the gutter pics . Somehow got it approved.Comment

So Guys, the KTM service Technician set the RPM limiter at 5000RPM. I am try to stay with in the RPM limit but got the red light a couple of times today. Is it okay to cross the RPM limit? What else do I have to keep in mind while riding the bike until the 1st service! Please do post your suggestions... Thank you.Comment

Keep your speed varying...don't drive at constant speed..this to get the engine refined stage by stage

[MENTION=16602]s1d[/MENTION] thank u very much for the document u have provided...it will be quite helpful in doing the work myself...here in bangalore i went to svc and they were telling around 4.5k for fuel pump and 500 labour in total 5k for replacement. I don't know why svc people are always trying to fool us. By looking at this manual i'm thinking to do all the work myself.
