Soon he'll starting out an automobile industry and will release products that he can 'accept'.

@Nikhil ., Don't buy 150R, or else, the superman saving this nation's automobile buyers will come breaking your door and will curse and bash you for your choice.
Nikhil was asking about CBR 150R and R15, then Mr. WIKIPEDIA started to talk about CBR 250R n Duke

He is coming here only to praise some other bikes and point out ONLY the negatives of CBR 150R

    • Can we not have a R15 Vs CBR 150R war.

Firstly I think the person who asked this questions seems out of information and out of knowledge about bikes. I mean seriously, who considers having these track beauties for touring mostly on off-road.

@Nikhil- My experience states that both of them are not suiting for the environment you wish to ride. So, I would ask you stop it right there, sports bikes and touring do not go hand in hand unless you have the perfect roads to ride them, sadly we don't.

Even if you plan to select one of these bikes, the difference is minimal and not witnessed unless you are on track (A track consists of corners, straights, hair pins, chicanes and a pit lane) which I do not see in the mentioned region. Does it mean that you cannot ride it there? No, certainly you can but then don't compare since these environments do not prove justice for their presence. I seriously dont know what prize or gold is one going to get to reach from point A to B a second early!

Your category should be like this - For touring - CBR 250R, Royal Enfield, Pulsar 200NS, Duke200, Hero Karizma and the Yamaha Fazer.
SuperSport like CBR 150R or R15 do not come in the category of touring unless you are an asshole, maniac and obsessed like me, Trust me I love their styling.

@Jomindolges - calm dude, not the time neither the place. Respect what you own in your parking lot. Im doing the same.

      Hope this helps.

          Well laid thoughts, bro!
Though, on one comes to this forum with all knowledge about biking. This community is all about sharing and learning. So, lets share it with those having the questions. Seriously, no personal offense. His thoughts shouldn't be hurt. I can remember what I was before coming here, and I can sense the change in me., though some never change., I didn't mean any one in personal. and cheers bro, for the maniac part

@ Nikhil ., No two bikes are the same. Each is unique by its own nature. Learn about the bike's character, what it demands, and what you can expect from it. You'll love your ownership. Personally, I believe anyone can tour in any machine, as long as the desire is there.

My visor?? I think the pictures doesn't reveal them enough.
I just wash my bike once in two weeks with baby shampoo. That's it. Not even dusting it off!
When it comes it to cosmetic maintenance of the machine, am no good at it bro.
The limiter kicks in @11,500 rpm just within a second after the first shift..And, that's where the fun begins !! ;)

Ok, anybody noted the diameter of CBR 150R's forks?

Very True and I like your comments.

I have done my 2nd service of my baby blade and have done around 3500kms.

After 2nd service, the bike behaves in a different manner on a positive side. When I gave for service, I told the ASC that I need more pickup and not much bothered about FE as I was confident on Honda. I felt decent amount of pickup post 2nd service and I love the way the baby blade is behaving in city drives also.

Did 135kmph+ couple of times in the highway, absolutely no vibs or any sign of strain.

Brakes saved me couple of times during panic braking. Very good bite in the front ones.

Have also done, orange rim stickering from a nearby stickering shop @250rs. Looked decent, will soon post pics.

After seeing some love/hate exchanges during the previous posts, MODS, I really miss the HATE button. Can we have HATE button, instead of wasting our energy to write down something bad which will result in us getting banned?
Riding 17.6 horses out of which 5 horses work in the city and other 12+ horses wake up after 6k rpm and run after 8k rpm

Felt like the thread is drying up of pics. One from the initial days of my ownership. The saree guard says it all :P

Considering that the bike has FI, how was this achieved? Its merely psychological.

You can fold them in heavy traffic, even it is not recommended ... I have faced the same problem during my first week with baby blade ...

                          • Hello CBR 150R owners. Got a little question here- Do the service folk clean the spark plug of your bikes at the service? With my R15, they dont, saying they need to open the fairing which is a time consuming job. The CBR has got a fairing too, hence posted here..

Dunno about the R15, but CBR's fairings take hardly a couple of minutes each side for the removal.
As far me, I can't locate the spark plug even after the fairing removal. There's a lotta electrical tubes and connections and I don't wanna mess up with them. And, the ASC guys, its hard to believe they'll undergo this much of trouble to clean a sparkplug.

So you say you have not cleaned or changed your spark plug, right? Is is okay to do so? How many kilometers have you ridden?
