            Matt - finish sticker job can be done @ any reputed Bike/car sticker shop , so that the work will be good. I know two places in k.k.nagar . They cost around 300 bucks or below .

                  Today i drove 160km +.. i was driving in traffic,highways and bypass.. Around 5 hours+ driving today.. I really wanna mention that seat comfort is very good.. i didn't feel any backpain or discomfort anywhere... Pillion(friend) too had good time..
                  I am getting approx 40+ kmpl ..

                    Thanks catchdebanjan for the links. the bsmotoring review says that On the highway, anything below 60 kph in top gear will cause the engine to knock in protest. have any owners experienced this?

                          I have never experienced knocking, I have ridden on speeds as low as 40-45
                          Since the bike is tall geared ideally 6th geaR COMES a lil late thats all

                          Well that is ridiculous line to me..

                          Today i accelerated a bit and around 6k rpm i engaged the sixth gear
                          and i was doing 80+ in no time .. and the bike was raring to go
                          and never felt like a 150cc bike.. The bike has completely different
                          character beyond 6k rpm
                          Life is an Open Road For me..

                                @BeTrayedxD :- Here is the breakdown of the speedo readings i've got on the highway :
                                1. 5th@5000rpm -> 62kmph
                                2. 6th@5000rpm -> 71kmph
                                3. 6th@6000rpm -> 83kmph
