Time will tell if I made the right choice.Originally posted by pulak.bhatnagar View PostJab Tak hamari bike mein kuch keeda nahin hoga, tab tak connection nahin ban paata hehe
But on a serious note, I'm surprised you're shifting from a cbr250r to a 200ns. Always thought 250r was a better machine over all.
But I never really enjoyed riding the CBR250R as much as I would have liked. There is no denying that it is a very good bike though. Just that my relationship with it was a likable but a loveless one.

Well well well! This is something new! Enjoy your lighter weight, better handling, better cornering soon-to-vibrate Pulsar 200 NS :P I too felt the CBR is way too smooth and tame for my liking. I like my bikes buzz vibey and exciting. The feel of a 220 is raw, much more than 200NS and i love that too.Originally posted by maraque View PostActually the linealogy goes like this: P220 > R15/CBR250R > 200 NS.
The 220 got stolen more than two years back. The R15 belonged to a friend who generously let me use it for a year. Maybe that's what spoiled me, because I never felt an emotional connect with the CBR250R no matter how efficient it was. In fact I had more of a connection with the P220. The CBR250R for me was almost soulless.
Still, nothing like a Bajaj bike. Nothing like a 200NS. Congrats on the blue/black.

Michelin 100/80-17 is perfect but the 130 section is very heavy. Watch out for the new TVS ATT 230R. Comes close to pirelli ive heard.Originally posted by maraque View PostThanks.

Is it? Have an version towards TVS tyres after riding TVS Victor. Also, the reviews about TVS Eurogrip tyres on 200ns are not great either in this forum.Originally posted by Aditya N Bharadwaj View PostMichelin 100/80-17 is perfect but the 130 section is very heavy. Oh yea the eurogrips are not upto the mark. But this ATT, according to an expert, not just wears out on hard riding, it kinda defragments into very minute microscopic pieces of rubber, just like the slicks used on track mules. So technically, this tyre has a short life of 10k kms and is super grippy. Its treads are similar to mrf revz-s but grip being miles ahead.Originally posted by Radeon View PostIs it? Again none of this is my experience. Many members of Naked Wolves Bengaluru have switched to this tyre and are more than happy with it.

I will get my bike tomorrow. Had initially planned to change tyres immediately after taking delivery. But I have changed my mind due to financial issues. Will change once the stock ones wear out.

Its about 3-4.5k. Im not too sure. By the way the stock tyres, if used without performing burnouts and on proper riding will serve you close to 25k kms (rear). Guaranteed. Front may last even longer.Originally posted by Radeon View PostGood to know. Any idea about the price?

25k kms? I don't intent to do burnouts. Looks like I'll have to wait till I am forced to change it.Originally posted by Aditya N Bharadwaj View PostIts about 3-4.5k. Im not too sure. Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
As topic has again went down the euroslips road, I would like to share the moment when I almost met God in person.
It was on a fine bright morning, when I was going on a real curved one lane road ( like C shaped) on speeds of 50-60 and suddenly a three wheeler comes from opposite side, I braked and bike started fishtaling ( ON A CURVED ROAD) .somehow the auto managed to avoid my path of trajectory at very last second. That was the day when I saw a oscar award deserving flashback movie of my whole life.
