Went and shod my bike with a pair of Michelin branded footwear today. Rode exactly 14kms on the Euroslips and traded them in. Couldn't find the stock sizes for the Pilot Streets, so put in a 110/70 front and a 140/70 rear. A slight height difference of only 10% front and 7.7% rear, but very noticeable from the seat at standstill.
The steering has sharpened slightly too. But not so the grip. At a mind-boggling speed of 60kmph
that I took one corner in, due to the bike still being run-in, the difference was immediately apparent even with the limited time I spent on the old tyres. I an't wait for the engine to be run-in so that I can unleash it.Overall, pricey but well worth it.
