I think its little misunderstanding.. He is ask how to take out RHS plug from the tube.. May be i am getting it worng way.. From your tool kit theres a big hollow spanner use that for open and sometime after open i found it stuck in the engine tube little hole i cant put finger into it.. So i use plier .

    I already know that.. Hahahah..
From my past week i am working on carb setting.
For new bikes company set the carb 2.5 full turns. Thats why people said during run-in period they getting mileage 45-48kmpl.
Bro 2.5 is leanest carb setting.
I tried 3,4,4.5,5 now im using 3.5 full turns and testing..
You should set on 3 full turns.

                  Rear Tyre Upgrade -
Finally after a lot of thought I upgraded the rear tyre of my NS from the stock 130/70 (width/height as a percent of width) to a wider and lower 140/60 MRF zapper. The rim diameter is same I.e. R17.
I couldn't find on the net that how a wider tyre and slightly less rear height would affect the dynamics and feel of the NS, but I decided to take a risk and till now my observations -
**The tyre size 140/60/R17 fits perfectly on NS
**This rear tyre being wider doesn't have any apparent effect at handling. What it does is make the bike a little more stable.
**Unlike the Eurogrip, MRF offers seriously good levels of grip. The braking performance of this tyre has really instilled a new confidence (Rear tvs tyre frequent skidding under even normal braking was the main reason for this upgrade)
**Now the important part, the ride height has reduced by a few mm and my first thought was that this seat height is perfect for me.I am 5'10'' and now I can perfectly place my feet on the ground, which wasn't the case with the stock 130/70 size.
**Price -2750 for the new zapper and 1000 in trade for old ones. (I live in bhopal and I don't know that the trade in price was good or not as here the showroom guys wont take a second hand tyre.)

Here.I only changed the rear tyre because it was locking too frequently even under normal braking conditions.

Anyone knows the cost of coolant reservoir?

Update: Covered 300kms so far, no problems and niggles with the bike. Great performance even under run-in conditions and handling is just off the limits. Never knew cornering would be so much fun. Mileage in City riding is 36kmpl(Tankfull method)

Dont think too much.. Everything is okay if you follow the whole procedure it take hell lots of headaches .. When you came back just start your bike give a good warmup dont give throttle.

36kmpl is low afaik it must be around 40kmpl
I dont belive in tankfull method or sensors to calculate .. The best way to calculate .. When your bike reserve hit .. Stop the bike set trip meter Zero then fill your tank with 1ltr or 100rs set your reserve nozzal back to ON. Next reserve gives you exact mileage.. In tank full methed there is no exact position to tell you its 10ltr or 9.9ltr or 10.1ltr evertime.

Bro it might be low due to continuous riding in dense traffic most of the time, my mileage figures might be wrong though. Thanks for the calculation method. I'll update the mileage figures using this method again.

Anyone know the price of coolant reservoir?(Need it ASAP)
