Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Hello guys,
I'm planning to get a used NS, saw a couple of them with a dealer nearby.
2013 Blue NS done around 13.5K KMS - 75K INR
2013 Black NS done around 12.5K KMS - 75K INR
The blue bike is immaculate with the engine and all other mechanical bits in perfect condition.
The black shows some signs of wear but otherwise its good too.
What should be an acceptable price for a year old NS? I've seen some bikes of the same vintage on OLX and quikr for around 70K.
I would have prefer a bike with less than 8k on the odo. I will be trading in my classic Pulsar 180 (Dec 2001 batch).
Looking forward to hear from you.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Does anyone idle their NS for 45-60 secs on cold even after their run in? Im at 26k kms and i still do it. I sometimes wonder if its necessary.
Also, a whole load of detailed DIY instructions with pics coming soon.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Just for the purpose of information I requested iRevs India on facebook to send me pricing of a decent ffe for 200NS. they sent me prices and images of Yoshimura SS, MS & FS. What differentiates these 3 exhaust systems in terms of performance ?, Short System is supposed to be the loudest right ? Which one will work better for the engine in the longterm.. I guess none. I want the peace of mind of a stock & stable bike and yet I can't resist looking into these sort of things..

I do, still idling for 30-60 secs.. as I begin my ride I maintain 5-7k rpms for 3-4 kms max, then it's redlining if I wish.Originally posted by Aditya N Bharadwaj View PostDoes anyone idle their NS for 45-60 secs on cold even after their run in? Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Today did a short ride from Rohini (my home) to India Gate.
After casting my vote in the morning I had not much to do, so was getting bored.
In the evening called up a few friends, but none of them were free or willing to come, so went solo.
For the first time, I revved up and went past 70 a couple of times. The whole experience was awesome.
Posting some pics.
The photos were taken from my puny phone camera so they are not so good.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Those are slightly overpriced.. Even if they're 2013 model.. my opinion is 13.5K and 12.5K Kms old NS should be within 60-70k. For 75k INR you can get a 200NS which is only a few thousand Kms old.. like 4k-8k Kms old. So start looking on Olx & elsewhere if you find a better deal.Originally posted by hirenmistry View PostHello guys,

And how do u think the blue NS is immaculate with engine internals in perfect condition ? and Where does Black NS shows signs of wear ?
Good thing is 200NS' engine is a gem, no problem if it's been much abused by the previous owner.

Oh lord what did you do ? went past 70 km/h on a new bike ?
Let's meet up someday and swap our 200NS' for once , then I will give u a heart attack by bringing in 70 km/h from standstill in about 4 seconds.
