Guys I need help

My bike is not even 2 months old.

Today was coming back from office suddenly felt like bike is wobbling thought its due to wind blast.

Then again it happend so stopped bike for fueling in Indian OIL station. There wanted to check the air pressure.

There one guy was standing next to air filling area and he told bike tyre is puncture.

I didnt believe it because i pressed tyre and checked. He told that he guess that i am new to tubeless tyres.

Then i told yes i am new. Then he filled more air and checked there was little bit air leak. It was like small pin size hole. was not visible at all.

He applied his saliva and checked. small bubble slowly came.

Then he asked should i go ahead and repair the puncture. Then i said ok.

He fixed one and was checking the tyre. one by one he found totally 8 puncures in back tyre alone all around the tyre.

There was not even a single nail or metal piece found. All were just kind of hole/leaks made by either needle or sack stitching needle.

I dont know if its real puncture made by me or somebody(there are so many fellow who roam around and stare at others vehicle )in my area did this to my bike out of jelous.

Please help me in guiding,

1. it was not like a real puncture(i am new to tubless tyres)all small small leaks, is there any chance for tyre defect?

2. Can i change it under warranty or something?

3. Now i got 8 punctues in back tyre, will my tyre last and hold air pressure(today evening only i came to know)? or should i replace my tyres?

1. What tyres do you have on your bike MRFs or Eurogrip?
2. Does that wobbling ended after the repair?
3. Brother you need to contact your dealer and ask for tyre replacement ASAP....it's been just two months they must get you a new one

I would never let anyone apply saliva on my bike. It's disgusting.

I have MRF bro. I didnt concentrate on checking the wobble because i was too worried about the 8 punctures made in my bike
Mostly wobble was not there i guess.

I wanted to check fellow xbhpian before contacting them. It just happend today evening. I will talk to showroom guys tomorrow possibly.

If they give tyre replacement it will be good.

I am so worried because that puncture walla poked 8 holes in tyre. so thinking what showroom guys will tell even it they have warranty.

Guys please shed some light

Dude! first of all we dont know what all we drive over on streets and roads day to day rides. Even we ride over overflowing ditch water.
he applied saliva in bottom of the tyre only not on tank/headlight or handle bar. Its usual stuff any puncture walla will do.
Even that person who used same finger and mouth multiple times didnt care. why u and me?
I asked for help. Please try to help on the issue or let other ppl help.
Thanks

He didnt pour water but as i mentioned earlier he applied saliva directly where ever he suspected that there is puncture. Yes the bubble came.
Then only i agreed to repair the puncture.
I already read somwhere that too many punctures in one tyre, then tyre is uselss. It wont hold good healthy level of air in it.Need to change the tyre.
So only asking if any warranty stuffs are there so that i can report immediately and get something done.

I doubt if they would cover warranty for intentional abuse. They only have warranty for manufacturing defects such as a bulge. No harm in asking though.

ya true. but i am not sure its intentionally done by someone or its leak due to defect.. It was very tiny air leaks around the tyres. If its a puncture atleast i could hav found 1 piece that pierced my bike tyres. there were none.

I need to ask showroom guys that air is leaking from back tyre in multiple places, no puncture/a sign of metal pierced the tyre and i needed to repair it to return to my house.

If i ask like this, is there any chance to get the tyres changed?

First of all is there any warranty for our 200NS tyres? and in what all cases we can claim the warranty for tyres?

I used a Gear Cross Link Assembly (Tata Ace) Cost = 30/-

Measure the length of the link of the stock gear push rod. The final length of the above gear link needs to be shorter by a few mm to accommodate for the ball socket at both ends.

Cut the push rod to that length.
You either get the cut end threaded (Very difficult to get the lathe guy help you do it) or get it welded in the middle.

The final product will look like this

Now fix it to the levers

The push road can be rotated clock wise to bring the levers closer i.e the foot peg moves up or anticloclkwise to move the levers further apart ie bring the foot peg lower..
