Jumping to the all new Hero's own make of Hx250r in the very first wave seems not an intelligent idea, to me. You have to wait atleast a year to make it stable. It might have many issues. On the other side, RS200 should be more stable comparatively, as it has a proven NS200 engine.

Patience is appreciated before throwing money on these, even after the release of these two bikes.

Hero HX 250R launch is also around the block so why don't you wait for it? If i were you,i would surely do that. HX 250R got potential so with RS 200 too with fuel injection, fairing and ABS. Sure you'll be in a state of confusion like we had with 200 NS and Duke 200. Best of luck with your choice bro.

If your front shock oil seals are going so often means your shocks arent travelling straight
this is mostly due to overtightening of front wheel axle by our indian mechanics both (babaj and local) causing the shocks to bend slightly.
overtightening is possible as your wheel bearings may hav developed play due to the pressure put on them by overtightening them earlier
change your wheel bearings and make sure the mechanics dont over tighten the axle this time. Ask dem to use a torque wrench if they have one
and if you dont change your bearings and loosen the axle, your wheel will have some shake in it which is very dangerous

Can someone share a link to how to tune the AFR properly? My bike stalls many times because the tuning is low. And when i adjust the screw on the outer side, the rpm meter goes haywire.

Whether it's a video or a tutorial with texts and photos, I would appreciate it a lot.

And if it's your DIY, then please also tell me what mileage you get and under what conditions.

Looks like faulty Spark Plug issue, check for the same.
The real beauty lies in throttle's twist!!

I didn't ask what the issue is. I asked if someone knows how to properly adjust the AFR. I already know what the issue is. And it's not a faulty spark plug problem. Incase you didn't know, NS has 3 of them, so the bike won't shut down in case one of them was faulty. And it's highly unlikely that all three went kaput at the same time.

Only thing is the direction of rich and lean mixture is opposite
I have kept it on 3.5 from complete closed position decent balance between performance and mileage
How to tune afr has being discussed earlier search it and you'll be able to do it yourself or try svc
