Please tell me the mixture by seeing the spark plug colour. It is the right side plug. I am unable to open up the other spark plug because they are tight.

Thanks krixna. It gives me mileage of 42kmpl at this setting (full 3 turn(360degree)).
At 2.5 turn it gives more than 45kmpl under 70kmph speed.
Now I have turn it around 3.25 turn.

The thing I notice is that the engine start then it shutdown after 8-10 seconds at 3 full turn. Engine also shutdown when I give little throttle.

That will happen in a cold engine. If that plug colour was at 2.5, better to leave it at that. Because, mixture automatically goes rich during acceleration. If you are the type of guy who does lots of cruising at almost constant throttle, plug will look like for a normal/lean mixture

Hey buddies, there's a Bajaj Diagnostic and Troubleshooting (D&T) app in Playstore. It will open only if you enter the password, given to "Authorized personnel only". Anyone knows someone who can give the password?

Yeah the instant karma part did satiate my anger in a way. But anyhow felt a bit sad seeing the damage to the other car too. I am wondering if I should get to the service guys to replace the part or to order the same through 99rpm.com .. Any suggestions ?

Seems unlikely bro ... people who are die hard fans of a naked streetbike, me for one, would never move on to a full faired version, till the time the light turns with the handle... hahaaha .. and my guess is such people would already have migrated to other brands aka Benelli or the Dukes by now.. So Bajaj should not really have any fear of its RS sales being affect.

If you are sure that there is no mechanical damage and everything is cosmetic, then you can order online. Otherwise, i would strongly recommend you to go to the service centre and get your ride thoroughly checked for any damages that may hinder its performance. Bent front forks is a major issue and it may be invisible to the naked eye. But even a slight deviation will screw up your handling and suspension big time.

Get Rolon / Diamond chain spray from local shops, they costs 135 per 150 ml i guess and do the job very well.
Buy some diesel and use it as cleaner spray ( fill it in old colin bottle, if colin bottle is not empty, wipe clean everything in house )
