Go for a custom crossbar bro. Fit as many mounts you want on it.

Bro lemme know if you are able to succesfully get that done. Im wanting to go for a single handlebar but for lack of ideas and experienced guys who can help me am holding off on that.
Sure bro..now am waiting for my exams to get over. Confused between the fz's handle bar and duke200's. I am a lot into cornering and that's what making me confused on which handle bar to go with. I have to get the discovers raisers irrespective of the handlebar.

Hey guys.. I wanted to find out if there is any way to suppress the sound of the engine. Off late, its been sounding much louder. Any ideas as to what could be the causea of the same.

Check the engine silent bushings also known as foundation.
Check exhaust manifold for any leakage.

The foundations... Is that inside the engine or outside.. Sorry for my ignorance on this bro.

Just a thought, could it be due to timing or cam chain too ? My bike is 16k kms on the odo.

Foundations are couplings which holds engine to the chassis , they are made up of rubber . Hope this clears the doubt

What if..change the t stem to duke 200 or 390 alongside with upside down forks..
I think it should fit along because cross compatiblilty of both..
If cost is high just change the t to 200 one with stock forks
Would be a clean job rather messing with existing setup..

It won't be a easy job, it needs few custom parts.

Check out the link and you should get a fair idea and a new USD fork of KTM cost 22000 :

The best option is goto to CNC machine shop and get a custom top triple tree with the mod needed to hold the single piece handle bar. Would be cost effective but you won't get a USD fork

Visit Irevz for NS's custom handle bar setup but I'll cost you 4300rs [emoji40]

I saw this long time ago in this very thread, my only problem is it looks very ugly and shody job.

A CNC cut triple tree from a block of aluminum would look much better.
That too if you can find a shop competent enough to get the measurements right.

Who said to go in for new one
Search for scrap shops and might get set of these forks
For eg i had gone to get my console repaired in shivaji nagar area blr and these guys all the spares you need like monoshocks forks and all since they scrap the impounded or qc. Rejected vehicles such parts find they're way in such places and how do i got to know this.. the new board in my console belongs to ns that was supposed to be exported to indonesia and it was clearly marked..

This is the irevz experience from one of the 200 ns owner in this thread, and second hand parts is good idea, but my experience from scrap parts is as long as it's just a plastic console or body panels it's not a problem but mechanical parts like front fork is big no no as they may be damaged or bent or broken so can't take the risk. But if you can get it for dirt cheap then hell yeah you can try.

No...we cannot swap the forks of Duke 200 with NS. It's got some clearance issue
