Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Saw a post in fb were the guy tried to swap the forks and he failed. It was long back and I don't recall the exact reason. Think it was some kind of clearance issue with the frame or somethingOriginally posted by amarme001 View PostWhat clearance issue?

Bro...I am just trying to change my handle bars 😯Originally posted by krixna View PostIt's easier if you sell your NS, add the extra money needed and buy a D200
Meanwhile am attaching pics of bar handle work done in my friend's bike GauravD check this out
He used samurai's raisers and fz handlebar. There are no welds, all he did was drill new holes adjacent to the ones that already exist on the triple clamp and this is what am doubtful about, won't drilling another hole without filling the existing one affect the strength of the clamp?

Looks good. Hope the extra hole has not weakened anything.Originally posted by NitSpeed200 View PostBro...I am just trying to change my handle bars 😯

Bro, I was saying about fitting upside-down forks, not handle mods.

Mod looks cool and neat, all it needs is a professional paint job😀Originally posted by NitSpeed200 View Post

Is the triple tree alloy or aluminum or some kind of metal.
And how easy was the drilling process, may be the real owner can share some experience would love to hear and try it.

The triple clamp is made up of an alloy. The holes were drilled in a lathe with 10mm drill bits and it costed him 300Originally posted by amarme001 View PostMod looks cool and neat, all it needs is a professional paint job😀

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Thanks for the info brother, will definitely get it done once I get to know the cost of stock triple tree, if it is not so expensive will definitely get it done or will try to find a replacement in scrap yard.Originally posted by NitSpeed200 View PostThe triple clamp is made up of an alloy. Ever since I saw the Suzuki gxs s1000 f I fell in love with the concept. I want my 200 RS to have a single piece handle bar like a proper tourer.Last edited by amarme001; 05-02-2016, 03:09 PM.
