I just post random pics of ns which I came across fb, all these are mostly from Indonesia, they have real tuners and fabrication shops, unlike Indian tooners

          You bet .
Came across this link while searching, source link
That is a CBR 1000RR rim, that does give it a superbike feel.

Absolutely loved that engine under cawl.... brilliantly matched. Bajaj should provide it as OEM...

The modifications would have cost almost as much as the bike...:-P
The disk brake plate changed... the tyres...
And no...thank God they did jot give the engine under crawl... that would have hit the Indian potholes filled road so many times that we would have removed it... well at least I would have... :-)

Well if this something that can be built out of P200NS, then Bajaj should probably observe closely.
With few mods, this looks like a superbike and can be tried on bikes in the future. May be P375 cud pick some tips .
When I saw Duke 200&390 together, nothing much stands out between those 2 ....apart from the decals and orange rims.

Has anyone tried fitting one of these? Well, I have and and am facing a problem. This levers fit perfectly but the front brakes engages on its own after i ride the bike for a while. Initially everything is cold and good but after riding for a while the front brake locks the wheel and i did have a nasty fall too. When i tried touching disc it was very very hot and so was the caliper covers (portion where BYBRE is written). the brake doesn't lock instantly, its kinda gradual but assume the wheel locks within a distance of 20m(@30kmph and of course decreasing), starting from the position from where i can feel it engaging. My bike has run 6000Kms and is 7 months old. And at 1st service they topped up the brake fluid.
Now ,What could be the problem? Well i changed to the stock lever and there is no problem. I have spent Rs.3K on this CNC racing lever and can't get a refund. what can i do to make the lever work? once again, the fit is perfect and also, the seller claimed it is for 200NS and Duke200.
Dear i had the same problem with the adjustable levers also, u need to shave off the brake nipple a bit to make the product fit perfectly, see itll work properly

Finally got my bike from Service, all issues were sorted out but the Bill came to Rs 3310 including the service tax, they replaced the Oil filter, Air filter, Rear disc pads and Motul 300 v oil would 2120 for 2 Lts, They returned 600 ML back. But 3310 for my first paid service is a little exorbitant and IMO they ripped me off. Can you guys check the picture of the Bill and let me know if I have been charged extra for any part/Service
the bill seems pretty ok only the WORK SHOP LABOUR CHARGES are ways to on u nothing else, just ask them why the ustomer is charged 400 for??? n still extra labours???

P.S here is how I'm breaking-in my new bike.
                      Shifts between 3.5k - 4.5k rpm.
I'm trying to go through all the gears as much as possible.
                      100% city riding.
Some short bursts where I take the bike to 7-8K (once in about 10 kms, not more than 100 mts).
I allow the bike to cool down after about 30-45 mins of riding.
I'm not looking at the speed, just keeping the RPM in check.

This is how I usually ride(for the most part) so just enjoying the ride and not thinking too hard.
Wanted to change the engine oil at 250, but the mechanics at the svc are saying that I should get it changed during 1'st service (500km).

                      ODO reading 240 km.
                      Mileage =no idea.
Problems I'm facing right now = Sometimes it won't shift from 4'th to 3'rd, I've to go to 5 then downshift to 3 or lower...and some minor sounds here and there (nothing that can't be ignored).

Am I doing it right or should I change some things?

U are doing it just the way it should be done, carry on the method.

But as long as the oil is in between the max and min levels in the display, it should be ok na?

Guy's, my co level previously was 0.44 and TODAY is 0.37 . I want to know that is this right. ..? Or I need to tune the afr. .?

Also today while cornering, I was in first gear and accidentally left the clutch, and bike gave a huge jerk and went off, as I was cornering, I couldn't handle it and bike leaned over right side but miraculously I was able to stop it from hitting ground just 2 cms above (hush, no scratches) but a little bit of petrol came out from the bike, even when it wasn't hit . Is this normal. ..?
