As said, forks need to be removed to install them. But if they are cheap, you can cut them on one side and cover the seal area and stick it back with some adhesive. Saves the labour charges.

Any how, even when I rode the test ride bike the heat was on higher side. But once I got my bike, Never had issues with heat. It does heats up when in snail traffic, but that is manageble. Till now never the engine temparature light came up.
Any how, just for information sake to others, check the coolant level of the bike when engine is cold or start of the day. Hot engine makes coolant to expand and the level shown in the container is higher than actual it is. So fill the coolant only when engine is cold to know the exact level. I read few posts where coolant was spillling from top, make sure ou guys chek the coolant level and see that it is closer to MIN mark than MAX mark.

. That too a Ktm!!. Seems like they had an extra carton full of Silicon Gel that they decided to paste all over. As for the Milky white, condensation is occurring due to blown head gasket buddy. Very disgraceful to see your beloved's state mate. I hope you are doing everything you could for replacement and nothing else. God bless those morons
