Ive heard of auto service, banshankari 2nd stage to be good as well. Im from mysore but i got my NS serviced to full satisfaction there once. They also service sbks and on one particular day i saw most of the japs waiting for service there.

I've gotten my bike serviced from both Auto Service & KTM Mekhri circle. Between the two, I don't find much difference. Auto Service has more space. KTM Mekhri circle service guys are very rough in handling the bikes which necessitates your presence in the SVC. Otherwise, they have a good attitude and are willing to fix niggles.

I guess @coolmaverickguy has no confusion now

I would just say this, there is no best ASC, all of them have some sort of complaints or dissatisfied customers. Khivraj Kasturba Rd or Auto service or even Indiranagar KTM would be my suggestion.

I usually go to either BTM KTM or Auto Service.
BTM KTM since its en-route to office and has a bus stand just opposite to it whereas in Auto Service I know Venkat personally.
Even tough I got my first service from BTM, henceforth I would go to Auto Service since they are in this field for a long time and have been quite good at that whereas BTM are beginners.

Try to go at a time when Venkat is available and keep a watch at whats happening to ensure the best service.

Go to Banshankari Bus Stop (its a Big Stop not a Stand) -> Aask for Monotype Bus Stand -> Ask for Hyundai Service centre / Bajaj Service (they are opp to each other) hardly 200mts from Monotype

It would be helpful if you could tell us where you stay. That way we can give you the appropriate directions from there.

Yup it is. The stretch from Shiradi to Uppinangadi, endless corners with proper tarmac The main Shiradi ghat section is still bumpy though.. more so on 390

                          Dukers,
I recently changed the oil to 15w50 300v after 1000kms, as already pointed the bike is vibe free at handlebars and stuff but above 7500rpm it really feels like a bullet now that I take it there after run in.
The tank starts vibrating the seat starts vibrating and I am forced to shift to higher gears.
As Jeremy Clarkson put it "if I were a women I would like it very much":sly: but for me its disastrous.
I remember riding a friends 390 and it wasn't like that and also theres that small rattling noise coming from silencer sometimes.:banghead:

You should get the seal for that bolt replaced under warranty. Also the vibrations are not natural, there are some vibes at certains RPMs, but nothing too bad.

I dont think it has anything to do with oil. It is possible they screwed up something at servicing.
