Yes,that's right. If your bike has the RTR160's,then get the RTR180's and it will make a difference.
The picture is from the service manual and the one on the left is that of the RTR180.Life begins, once you hit the power band !!

Since your bike hasn't done much with the re-bore,i'd suggest you run it till it comes to bore and then do the 180 conversion. For now you can go for the disc brake.
can this RTR 180 manifold fit for my fiero too as mine is too old and it has too much cracks visible in it, my bike has a new pulsar carbsigpic

Yes the RTR180 manifold can be fitted on the fiero.Though it comes into play with a bigger 29mm carb. That is,it's benefit will be felt with a 29mm carb. But yes you can opt for it,as it's a direct fit.I know you wanted mid-range torque,so that's why you bought a 26mm carb.Life begins, once you hit the power band !!

Today i got the RTR180's intake manifold installed on my bike. The result is a much, much smoother engine and free revving too!!
The credit here should go to Psr,because he was the one who told me that the RTR180 has a different intake manifold than that of the RTR160/fiero/F2/FX.He checked the parts manual and told me that they indeed were different, when the store guy at the ASS had told me otherwise.
You do all the work and I get the credit ?When Was The Last Time,You Did Something For The First Time.

cost? please guide
That is find pulsar 150 classic's fork tubes, hub, adapter and the disc brake parts.Otherwise go for the alloy wheel set up of the current pulsar 150 itself.Preferably go for used one.Life begins, once you hit the power band !!

Hey guys,
Do you have any idea if F2's rear side panels are still available ??
Last time i checked, it was not.
There's too much of chatter as the plastic has seen its last.
I know classic fiero's are still available, if F2's are available (with the stickering) let me know the cost.Giving a lot to a fiero.
Expecting a lot from a fiero.

Ya dude iys very much available. If its not, then tell the ASS to place an order for the same..
Guys I have a problem with my bike, two days back I raced with my friend who owns a pulsar classic. After the race I found the power mode orange LED indicator kinda got stuck. I mean even if the bike is in neutral or riding it in economy mode, the orange light is showing. After this incident, I found the bike highly responsive and the throttle cable very much smooth in operation! So what should I do? Leave it in that position?

Your TPS wire is stuck, hence your throttle wire has freed up a bit, as only 1 wire gets pulled (the one which goes to the butterfly valve) against two wires getting pulled together.
There will be a small red box bolted to your chassis below the tank, just three bond it a bit, and your good to go.Giving a lot to a fiero.
