Can we put dual horns on Gixxer? Like the Pulsar... or will it affect battery?

Yes you can, have got a basic Minda horn fitted with retaining the stock horn, now both sounds as a good pair with decent enough sound for others to give way.

Got it fitted without any wiring mods and it won't affect the battery.

yes its true. but fitting only engine cowl doesn't include the part which the actual fairing has that covers the legs. The concern here is only the engine cowl as shown in the pic.

Reposting ... any suggestions on below queries .....

Hello Friends, my blue gixxy got first service today at 670 Km paid total Rs 430. ( 290 Engine Oil Motul 10w40 + 99 for chain lubrication and cleaning + 42 for oil filter)

Before Service Ideal RPM was set at 1.2 but now after servicing suzuki technician has set it to 1.5 and when i asked him about the same he shown me some paper on which it was mentioned that ideal RPM for gixxer should be 1.6 and that paper was also having ideal RPM details for other suzuki bikes and scooters. Technician said that guideline is from suzuki. So 1.5 Ideal RPM is correct after 1st service ?

second thing is when i bough gixxer 3 weeks back since then i felt handle bar is little bent towards right side but i though that this doubt could be just in my mind, because earlier i was riding pulsar and i always felt that handle was bent. Today while servicing i told the same thing to technician and actually handle was bent towards right. so he fixed it how much he could have but still i feel handle is not completely straight. what i can do for this issue ??

third thing is there is some chain sound coming at lower speeds, i asked technician about this he said as keep on riding chain will settle down and noise will be gone.

What is your feedback on these problems.

It's your call bro.. You can change it any time but as a rule of thumb, 6k is min suitable odo reading. Synthetic oil slows down run in and leads to longer run in periods. 6k kms is to ensure the engine is completely run in for operation.

                      1. 1.5k rpm for well warmed up engine is correct. Cold start would be around 1-1.2k rpm.
                      2. Check with other gixxers to confirm misalignment and adjust accordingly. Else if all fails, ask for replacement under warranty.
                      3. Check chain slack and chain alignment and make sure it is within correct range. Also ensure chain is lubed well.

Can anyone have any idea or solution for rear mudguard that is dancing in rough roads. I don't want to remove & spoil the real look. I think it was extended too much & that is the reason for dancing. I thought of giving some metal rod like for support. Any feedbacks ?

You could use metal for support as in 200ns but it does have its drawbacks. Imagine a situation where you damaged your tail end.. Without support, the tail will bend and absorb the impact. But when stiffened, it carries the shock to the holding bolts and ultimately, the chassis and cowl. The vibration is normal bro. Just live with it and enjoy the ride.

Are you referring to vibes?... Or the nature of the engine?
I think the engine is a bit gruff at those rpm's.

Yes, the bike becomes viby. Also after 95KMPH the rear view mirror vibes so much that I can't see anyone behind. Is this normal at such speeds?
