      Hi Guys,
I am facing an issue with the bike not starting. The kick lever has gone free (no resistance required while pressing the kick lever down). I called the SVC & they told me that there is a problem with the compression in the engine. I called the SVC mechanic to check the bike at my place. He managed to start the bike & took it directly to SVC. Tomorrow they will open the engine & find out the exact cause of why the pressure is not being maintained in the cylinder. I have completed 10000 kms. Will update tomorrow.

Loss of compression pressure usually means worn out piston rings, in the worst case, worn out piston itself. Can't say anything just yet. Have you observed any white smoke emit from the exhaust before? Let the svc diagnose and do keep us posted.

Please do update us. I too faced such a problem once; but since it never recurred, i didn't bother.
The kick lever was acting free and the self starter was just making noise... Since i was stranded on a flyover bridge, i tried the old method of pushing the bike from the incline, and engaging the gear. Luckily it started. Next day morning onwards no issue. Do keep us updated!

Similar thing happened to me just 3 days ago where my bike stopped abruptly and it didnt start for about 40minutes, kicking didnt require any pressure on the kicker the self starter also didnt work (just made noise). After trying many times the bike just started randomly with the self start.
            What was the problem?
I took it to the SVC immediately and the service guy said it could be moisture in the kill switch due to recent rains, he ended up spraying chain lube in the switch( maybe cause its hydro-phobic) :/

I think the problem you mentioned has nothing to do with kill switch.
Looks like you faced a sticky valve problem. I have faced this in my Hunk once and pushing the bike in second gear on a download slope helped me.
You can search Karizma/CBZ Xtreme threads where alternate solutions are mentioned.

I just tried kick starting my bike with the kill switch off today and it definitely didnt feel the same as what i felt the day that happened, I will get it checked soon!
                  Thanks bro!

Actually i have a complaint against Suzuki Service Center. On April 2016 i have given my bike to service center (3rd free Service), after driving 300+ kms it came as a shock to me that there is no engine oil in the bike. I think those service center ****ers did not put oil, and me a fool did not check at that point. Anyways i am going tomorrow to SVC and **** them up. What will be the effect on the bike, as it is brand new. And any website to complaint about it? Any suggestions like this never happen to me in the future?

My seat was fine as well. But pillion people were complaining of sore bottoms [emoji23]
So I took to a motorcycle seat manufacturing place in Bangalore, where they stripped my seat apart completely and added foaming, about an inch thick.
Keep in mind not the thin u-foam, but heavy duty packing foam. Seat is very comfortable now, even though pillions occasionally complain. Test it out while they adjust foam. They can adjust the thickness.
                        How much did it cost?

Are you sure about no engine oil in the bike. Please let us know as to how you checked and confirmed that there was no engine oil.

Do you know the impact of running the bike with no engine oil even for short distance. Let alone 300kms ?

With no engine oil, you are basically looking for a siezed engine who starved to death because of no engine oil.

                          Cheers,
                          Sanjay

I checked it today evening from the oil indicator on the engine. I can't see oil there.

If you rode the bike and then checked it by keeping on center stand, its not going to show proper readings. Please wait for sometime after you have ridden the bike and then check the oil window.

Because it takes time for the oil to get accumulated in the sump.

                              Cheers,
