Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
My vote is with white because white color looks exclusive and scientifically it gives bike a bigger look but if you dont like white then you can go with blue which according to me is second best color in all the options.Originally posted by sandeepcf View PostColor Color what color?
I am thinking of Blue, but not 100% sure and I don't know why.
Please share your views. thank you.sigpic

Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
White looks good for the first 1 or 2 years only; after that discoloration starts. I've seen white Fazers, Apaches and with age and scratches ................Originally posted by Naveen1985 View PostMy vote is with white because white color looks exclusive and scientifically it gives bike a bigger look but if you dont like white then you can go with blue which according to me is second best color in all the options.
Also I am not looking for exclusivity; I am an average Joe.
So Blue it is. Thank You

Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
In that case only black is the long lasting color which carry itself well even after 3-4 years but rest of all colors including blue will die slowly. If you want a long lasting color then my vote is with black and grey.Originally posted by sandeepcf View PostWhite looks good for the first 1 or 2 years only; after that discoloration starts. Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
Completely agree with you grey colour is the long lasting colour among all and the best part is its the maintanence free colour were as black requires frequent cleaning & polishing inorder to preserve the shine & look.Originally posted by sandeepcf View PostMy Hero Honda Ambition was Black and my Honda Unicorn is Grey.As a matter if fact Grey is super long lasting than BlackPULSAR 180 DTSI- 2007

I didn't see you outside this forum.Originally posted by arpan.sau View PostYes, Mr. Krishna77. I bought it from Susmita Suzuki as I live in Howrah. I work in Cargo terminal.
But How did you see that?

I just guessed it. One of my colleagues have bought a GS150 from that showroom 2 years back. That's why I asked you. Fact is, in Kolkata, Suzuki showrooms are pretty hard to come by.A bike on the road is worth two in the shed.

Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155

At last, my bike and I are one!!!
Sorry about the quality of the pic...got dark by the time i got done with everything. Will send better pics tomorrow for sure under daylight.
Also guys, iam a complete noob. So please let me know things i should look out for when riding, & what else i should have checked during PDI. I asked them to check wheel alignment before i took delivery, didnt personally check it though. Odo was at 10kn.
Apart from that, iam really not feeling any niggles, probably since the riding is sedate under 4.5k RPM? Certain parts of today's ride, where i just opened the throtte...and man was it totally insanely fun!! Can't wait to be done with 1st service!!
..also navigated through really heavy traffic like nothing!!!
Dunno if you can make it out in the picture..the helmet is black LS2, from helmet paradise on k.h road.
One place i felt i screwed up was full tanking right away....I feel i should have emptied the fule the dealer had put in, before i tanked her up. Please let me know!
Another thing a bit tricky for me was the damn fuel cap!! But once, you figure it out, the system is pretty good!
Peace!!!
