So when parked if someone leans on it opposite direction, won't it tilt the other side? Just asking!

And what if there's contact made by some in a car, etc? I once had my Karizma which isn't as light as a splendor either. But while reversing he nudged it and down she went!

I have one quary regarding the abs ..Can we changed it into dual channel abs from the single channel as it has all the mechanical equipmemts required for dual channel abs?

Logically is should be possible, but will have to source the ABS module from the CBR250 maybe. And will need a longer rear brake cable cause the cable will have to be re routed through the ABS machine.

Would be great if someone could do some R & D about this and try it out.

Well, I don't think so cause if it had to be the case, they should have provided it with Dual. I still don't know why they have gone with single channel when all of the other ABS bikes in the country are Dual Channel!

Besides the rear wheel sensor is to communicate effectively to sort out front wheel ABS braking and prevent a Rear Wheel Lift, that's about it!

Dude, question was a simple and straightforward one - Has anyone fitted a center stand. It was a Basic Yes or No types. We're not here to justify whether the bike needs one or not. And whether it's a splendor or paper weight! All have different preferences, like for instance crash guards can be fitted onto a CBR, but that doesn't stop one from asking whether something similar is available for a RS200!

                            Hello Guys,
I was thinking that if i happen to sell my Yellow RS 200 (non abs) now, what price can i get.
Here are the further details :-
                            Purchase Date :- 5th May 2015
Condition :- Just a single scratch on left rear view mirror
My purchase price :- 1,35,000 (On Road)
Current price :- 1,37,000 (On Road)
The only reason I am thinking about this option is that I do not feel confident enough when i ride this bike (I am 5'6), like only my toes touch the ground so in bumper to bumper traffic the bike gets over me a bit. Also after looking at the new Avenger Street 220, I think that i found my perfect soulmate . I know i will be loosing on some of the engine refinements and power of the RS 200 but i guess I won't miss it much coz my highway ride is second to none. Please suggest what can be a suitable price that I can get from this beast.

Felt like brining this up. I've been checking Olx for over a month and I've seen number of RS's being sold in less than a months time to 3 months. Both ABS & Non ABS versions. Reasons are more or less the same

                              Need money
                              Going abroad for Job/Studies
                              Buying RC390

I'm kind of trying to figure out what the actual reasons could be. Come on all research before buying so no one will just go for a 390 after investing so much on a RS200!

Is there something that's putting people off?

Selling off a bike so soon can mean 2 things mostly:
                                1. They made wrong choice or did not do their homework before purchasing it.
                                2. Or the bike has multiple issues.
But looking at number of review s from owners of RS200, it seems bike is fantastic piece of technology/passion.
