For someone interested in putting Hazard lights I think you may have to get a small PCB (made by spiraltech) and fit it inside the trunk under the rear seat. Since the bike is nearly identical to the RC 200 and that bike (along with the rest of the KTM's) needs a small module to add the hazard flashing lights.

Speaking of the trunk, can someone snap a pic of it open? Would like to see how much space is available.

Also, do any of the lights (other than the turn signals) work without the engine running? i.e. brake lights, or pilot lamps.

I am sorry but I think you got it wrong regarding front brakes. Senior riders, please correct me if I am wrong, but here is my take:

Actually, Front Brakes should primarily be used to stop a bike. Ideal mix of front braking: rear braking is around 70:30. I don't think that front braking "destroys" front fork seals. Last I checked, they are quite robust. Finally, not just front baking but even if rear brakes are used for sudden braking there is a chance of rear collision.

My area is gravely and rubble mixed so the front brakes skids a lot , I was told that when i want to stop by my Mamu (he is a really pro driver) that i should press the back brakes and then normally 3 but in emergency 1-2 secs later press the front brake to come to a stop safely( and only use the back brakes in a corner if i ever have to ). Ever since the accident i had in the corner the corners are really making me get scared as a result i end up slowing down to 15-20 speed and evry1 then looks at me like ,race bike he has but he is driving so slowly!!!!!.
Also rachit sharma how do you clean your bike ???? I today took a pipe down and watered it and cleaned the tough stains with cloth/towel ,do i have to re oil the chain area ?? because even though i tried to avoid it little water has gone there.

Also i noticed the rear brake takes a lot of time to kick in and front brake does the stopping much faster ,you have to really press the rear brake hard for some stopping power. The pulsar slow range 0-4k rpm kind of sucks but the mid range is awesome i went to 6-7k and god it felt good(havent gone higher than that as i am afraid i wont be able to stop the bike in time incase sm1 suddenly turns or comes in the way)(1nce burnt twice shy). changing the gear with boots is easier than doing so with chappal . my current rough mileage is around (actually even less than 25)25km/l really low but i guess thats due to me being new driver . Does keeping the lights on make a big difference the the mileage ?? I had read in the reviews that pulsar gives 35km/l(incity) and 42 in highway. Overall the bike rarely stops now at signals () and the gear is becoming looser/smoother (i actually preferred the hard gear change as it lets you know its done but ohh well cant complain) . I was initially planning on trying to achieve the 500km mark ...........But pocket bahul halki hogayi hai with this fuel consumption so i guess ill do it in 30-45 days only.

Rear brakes never stop any bike. It's always the front. Use 50:50 ratio in gravel.
Also, brake pads do need running in of about 100-150 km.

I have received RS200 last week. The problem is the FI light is either contineously on or blinking while riding. Also the bike gets hot after some riding. Showroom guy said that its normal and will be cixed after first servicing.

Is that correct? Could you guys help me on this? Also what could be the implications of riding bike with such condition?

That is the malfunction light and it isn't normal, it should go off as soon as you start the bike.. If it isn't going off then there is some problem with the bike which should be sorted out ASAP.

You are right rear breaks never stops the motorcycle and front gives you the ultimate stopping power but still rear break is needed to slow down the motorcycle be it 50% or 30 %, actually we cannot just give a percent as different situation and different surface need different breaking, all we can do is practice breaking and know our particular ride.

I still stand by my words that pulsars rs200 rear break has no feel even after riding 250 kms and I have owned 3 pulsars so far with combined km reading of upwards of 150000 kms and only reason I buy them is because of the service center(pro biking) of bajaj is best in my city.

The best color available right now is indeed yellow for rs200, congrats man.

I bought it from ebay the link is below
Universal CAR Steering Wheel Bike Clip Mount Holder FOR Iphone 4s 5 5s 6G 4 7" | eBay
Its a decent mobile holder but if you go through a speed breaker at high speed like around 30 ,there is a chance your mobile might drop.
you might get it for a lot cheaper if you search the market for it manually but then it comes down to rougly same amount if you include timewasted, petrol.

Truth be told the rs yellow looks better in photos than in reality ,the red looks better in reality than in photos but still overall yellow is better.
I wish they had used the metallic yellow paint they had displayed the 400rs/ss in and used the same colour scheme ,then the rs yellow truly would be good looking ,the yellow they have used on the rs 200 is looks little bit cheap compared to the 400 rs metallic paint and colour scheme but after a span of 2 years when warranty expires you can get it changed to that color so no big issue.Even after all that it does look awesome and evry1 keeps staring .Its a good buy,i am glad i didnt buy rc 200 as i find it difficult with pillion as the pillion keeps pushing on your back in this bike i wonder how bad it would have been in the rc 200 .The handrails at the back are for show ,not really functional . At low speeds you can hold it but if little bit brake used hard the person loses grip and ends up getting pushed on the driver and holding them(which is risky cause if the driver hand is shaken suddenly it can cause accident). Even normal riding the hand gets kind of sore after 30 mins(again it could just be me since i am new to bikes.)And on a side note ,the bike driver becomes like Crow (from the dust ,sunlight, random bugs)
