Thanks mate! I will surely.Originally posted by Kaal Bairav View PostCongrats Abhijeet!! Enjoy, ride safe. Did you get MRF or Eurogrip tyre?
I picked up one with MRF tyres from Sai Service Pune.
Gear lever and brake level is way too high, is Pulsar 220's gear level/shaft a direct fit to our bike? As far as I know, Pulsar 220 had adjustable gear connecting shaft.

CONGRATS on your new ride abhijeet!Originally posted by jbm_guy View PostCongrats Bro.
Guys, for those facing console vibration issues, I finally found a fix!
The AS200 from factory has a loose console fitment, i.e the instrument cluster is very loose as compared to other bikes, even the NS.
I verified the same by comparing this with a fresh batch of AS from the factory.
To resolve this vibration issue, you need to open the front console and wind deflector to expose the nuts which actually bolt the instrument cluster onto the bike.
The nuts used for this are quite loose and have huge play. Simply fill that gap with rubber washers, tighten everything back together and viola! No more console vibes!

Good job mate! I don't have the console vibes, but my windscreen vibrates with a buzzing sound at particular rpms.Originally posted by VaruaG View PostGuys, for those facing console vibration issues, I finally found a fix!

I was thinking of opening up ALL the panels on the bike and putting it back together with everything tightened
properly, and that should make the bike much MUCH better NVH-wise.A good rider has balance, judgment, and good timing. So does a good lover!

Is it from 4 to 5k rpm mainly heard from 1st gear to 3rd gear ?Originally posted by neoakshay View PostGood job mate! I don't have the console vibes, but my windscreen vibrates with a buzzing sound at particular rpms.

Re: Pulsar AS 200 Owners Review and Experiences
Hello guys I have been looking for a new bike ever since I lost my Unicorn in an accident which was a total loss. I zeroed down to either NS. Due to no stock of NS, I have decided to go with the AS itself as it's pretty much close to NS when it comes to handling (handling and performance is what I am looking for). So I have reviewed/test ridden the bike too and I am very much happy overall with the bike. I just want to know if there are any issues on the AS. Would be grateful for any extra information or input from the owners
. . . Thanks in advance. . .
I shall be getting it within 10 to 15 days
. . .
Cheers!!!
Yamaha Rx135 - 2005 - 2007 (stolen )
Scooty Pep - 2008 - 2012 (sold)
Honda Unicorn - 2012 - 2015 (crashed)
Hero Honda Splendor+ 2015 - present (temporary ride)
Bajaj Pulsar AS200 - 16th September 2015 - present ride
10 years into riding :D

It comes with the same positives and negatives that the 200NS does. Nothing much different..Originally posted by Rakesh Rok View PostHello guys I have been looking for a new bike ever since I lost my Unicorn in an accident which was a total loss. It's a lot like nuts and bolts - if the rider's nuts, the ride - bolts!

Re: Pulsar AS 200 Owners Review and Experiences
NS has been stopped temporarily to boost AS/RS sales.Bajaj won't make such mistake, launch of tvs 200 is not far away, with dual abs, more juice than current pulsar200. NS will be the only direct competitor (unless we get CS). It will resume back sometime soon. I'd advice you to wait some more time, unless you are in urgent need of a bike right now. We are going to get new model launches soon.Originally posted by Rakesh Rok View PostHello guys I have been looking for a new bike ever since I lost my Unicorn in an accident which was a total loss. I'm specially looking for tvs model and the next month launch mojo, mojo looks so promising, well capable and more powerful
By the way, AS is good choice than RS. Because for the cost of rs, i'd buy a duke unless i want fairing.
