I don't know about the photos as I do not know much about the 200AS yet, but I'd guess in the first picture what we're seeing is the blooming effect, the picture seems to have been captured a cellphone camera which typically feature CCD sensors while the second picture looks professionally captured using a DSLR which are almost always CMOS sensor. The second picture was maybe captured using spot metering on the headlamp exposing it for highlights instead of shadows. I'm not sure though, I need to look closely at a 200AS before I could confirm.

Not in this bike. Wherever there is a twin light setup, as in this bike, the bulbs used are H1 and H7, which are low and high beam, because there is a separate bulb for each light, and using a specialist bulb is possible.
Lets compare this to, say a 200NS, where there is only one bulb, so they have to put a H4.

I have experience with H7 halogens when I was working at a garage. But I guess even if H7s are used, both beams won't light up when one switches to high beam.

                AS200 has 2 bulbs.
When the low beam is on, the bottom bulb lights up. Which is H1 housed inside a projector.

When the high beam is selected, the top bulb lights up, which is a H7 housed in a reflector.

There are two separate bulbs. So even if your low beam fuses out, you still have the high beam, as opposed to the H4 configuration, in which if you fuse the bulb, you lose both your beams.

And yes, theoretically you could put a H7 in the projector, which would then give you 2 main beams.

                    Petrol is preferred.

If you use diesel or kerosene, the bike will not run.

                        Just use the normal petrol.

Where there is a will, there is a way.
Theoratically, there is also a way to get the Kim Kardashian's ass on your GF, but should you do it? No. Why? Because its hideous.

Same goes for the tail light mod.

Why would anybody do that??? RS' most hated feature is its taillamp. It would be like replacing Deepika Padukone's face with Athiya Shetty

At least if you had asked that for NS, I wouldn't have surprised. Because NS tail section looks new and good compared to traditional Pulsar. Even some AS and old pulsar owners have already tried that. What made you to go crazy on RS tail lights?. Out of all, the most criticized point in RS is the tail light (And Bajaj had to do that to differentiate RS from it's original model.

I wonder what's so special for you in that

You wouldn't get benefits from high octane fuel on these machines. Already in NS forums, many have tried and got sick for having spent extra for the same.
