Did my second service yesterday. Brakes are like brand new now.
But I still fear what would be their state after 2 months.

I booked Gixxer SF FI variant few days back and the dealer told me he would change the color of bike if I want to. I like the SP version color though he agreed he can do it if I pay Rs1200 more, he also said that it is failure color and he's having hard time selling the bike in that color. He gave all the lecture(mostly bad) about the matte color.

Do you guys think its good to get the SP color on FI variant for the extra amount(I still kind of like the new color than the regular Moto GP blue)? and any cons in Matte color ?(other than being extra cautious)
If he is giving u color combo option..
Go for the red black naked combo+black fairing.
I haven't seen a sexier gixxer sf than that.
If I knew it could be done when I bought it, I would hv gone for that.

Thanks for suggestion bro but I went with Moto GP color for now as I'm not happy with the dealer. They did not even wash my new bike properly. I'm thinking to detail it myself.

Was riding my brothers Unicorn after a long time due to some reasons
Was cruising around 60 at the highway

Upon seeing a jam from far away decided to take a shortcut. Slowed down and took a left turn to get down from the highway. Suddenly i felt the bike stalled
I putted the bike in neutral and was about to crank it up again and realized it was not dead but running whole the time.
I was awed because of the butter smooth engine and sound i didn't even realized it was on.
My brother was sitting behind as a pillion and he asked why did i stopped and i told him the reason. And he was laughing his balls off.
Im not drawing any kind of conclusion but had to share this hilarious incident.

Lol ours is gruff sounding engine. It's quite audible even at low RPMS. Maybe that's why the sudden change I guess.

Hey guys, I'm planning to buy Gixxer SF Fi but it is available in only Blue i.e Moto GP Edition color. I'm not a huge fan of that color and like SF SP(Matt grey) better over that but it available in carb version. So is it worth buying SF Fi over the carb version and compromising on color choice ?

Have you seen the sp edition in live? Do see it and decide. I myself have bought sf fi blue on the new year and the color is growing on me.
