Dude I don't know but I only ride on 45 when I see the fuel gauge 1.2L/last point blinking unless it's a 50 to 80 usually on roads and I don't remember any 6 inches pot holes or the time my tyers pressure was low I filled them with nitrogen twice in 3 months there is no way the pressure went low in this season and yeah even with the burnouts my tyre hasn't punchered once kinda proud of that still man I don't remember such incident where my wheel should bend I didn't noticed until 10 Jan when the I removed my mud guard and was riding on the curves when my friend saw from behind and told my wheel is wobbling God I swear yesterday only I went 132 on it you don't feel the wheel wobbling you can just see it from rear once you're on top of bike it gives 0 sign that there is any probs.

The only Time I feel that my weight is good that's why maybe bike accelerates a bit faster and feels lighter I weigh merely 51kg I'm 6 foot 3 inches and suspension mate that's on setting 2 or 3 or I should say stock which is very soft the only time I tried changing it to race this fellow friend I changed it to 6 but just to attack corners a bit more easier and faster and the only thing I remember smoother than that road is my gf :3 I changed it to 2 again I think and pillion? Nope I ride alone because gf is scared of speed and I don't ride slow for anyone.

        OUTLAW.

Guys should I switch to motul 300v it's 4 times expensive than the usual on svc is it worth changing it to the expensive one would I feel a difference? Also what's better 5w-40, 10w-40/50, or 15w-50 since it's summer ahead I wanna be prepared for the heat my bikes gonna give cause of being air cooled.

        ----consecutive posts auto-merged-----

Well since svc said go duck yourself to me about the rims if it gonna cost me can I use the rims from duke 200 it's upside down forks with their brakes and rear brakes Ikr sounds like a impossible job anyone got any more ideas? Since I'm not going to switch to stock rims again.

Kk better if you going to change the rims anyways go to steel alloys which is now available it is bit more expensive but worth for tough and bad roads in steel alloy there is no chance of bending cracking

Which handle bar are they clip ons?
One thing more what it cost changing the right bottom fairing. It have a light but wide scratch. Can be cover with a sticker.

Looking for a pair of motel or mrf sticker!

These are the regular Gixxer handlebars. Clip-ons are still a dream, distant.

Right bottom fairing; dont know the price about this, but will update one i get to know.

IMO, one shouldnt just change the fairing just because of scratches. yeah try fixing it. But till the time it is in solid funtional condition dont change it man

Got my bike and almost drove 500 kms... I hear a wacky sound and I guess it is from the chain. When I accelerate there is no sound when I stop accelerating and the bike is on move, I hear that tack tack tack sound which is disgusting. Should I go to the service guys to fix this or there is a quick fix which I can do it on my own? Please help.

It is possible they polished your front disk rotor due to which the pads are not able to find grip. My experience suggests this will take longer than 2 days. You might want to use detergent soap and wash the disc rotor.

                    'Polishing' is a scam.

                    Hello all
I guess the mount for RVMs on the handle bars are standard across various manufacturers. Has anyone tried fitting any model / FZ's mirrors on the Gixxer SF?
Local dealer has no RVMs for the Gixxer. I would like to remove the mirrors on the fairing.

Thanks ..it was not actually polishing, just a diesel wash.. I think that's what they did ... They applied diesel to the disc ... But its been more than 2 weeks now and its bad .. May I will try to wash the disc with detergent like u said and check else on the next service will check with svc and change the disc pads.

                          Hi,
Don't have the gixxer but the issue is common. How to fix it?
                          1. Take an old tooth brush.
                          2. Some detergent power.
                          3. A small bowl will 20-30ml of water
                          4. Mix the water and detergent well.
                          5. Dip the brush and make sure it is covered well.
                          6. Put you bike on centre stand and start cleaning your brake disk.
                          7. Clean the disk, ride and use the front brake.
                          8. Repeat 3 times, it'll be fixed.

                          Hope this helps

Does that adds more weights? In comparison with the stocks?

We all have want those but the original are too expensive and I haven't been able to find anything good for us that would not cost us ridiculous amount of shipping.
