Available from Rs 10 to Rs 30 each in the market. Cheaper ones are not bright enough. If you want some better stuff, try car accessory shops. Can even try dealextreme.com.

Tried the cheaper ones, not enough brightness during the day. Tried the Rs 30 ones - were good but off late one blew off. Now ordering some from dealextreme.com. That's on my R15 and it doesn't have a proper reflector for the pilot lamps.

will look in car accessory shops. And they are direct fit right? I am not sure but I read somewhere that LED's need DC power. Or they tend to blow very soon. Not sure though. Raj

Try the Philips LEDs, about Rs.150 odd a pair.
However, you need to convert the lighting to DC first.

So its true that LED's need DC. But then gs's tail lamp is LED and its working on AC current. So why do I need to change the lighting to DC? Raj

Tail lamp for any bike with battery is on DC. So is the horn. And mostly the pilot lamps should be DC (ideally). The fluctuations in the voltage in AC current would make the LED's go kaput. How fast they go kaput depends on how much your bad luck is 'kharaab'.

Try the Rs 10 lamps and see how they fare before you try the expensive ones.

                  • Today i went to SC and they explained me that this is not the rust issue which use to happen earlier.

They saying its the mouth of the tank is some metal and it will be like that and all. even saw in all new bikes .. its there

but saying its not rust. if it develop they will change for sure as we have 2 years warranty.

i also saw 2010 april 1st manufactured greenish blue. i dint like it frankly. red was ok. but its not available there. as per shop the didnt give new bike for one customer even till now.. as they got it just week back

                    Changes i found
                    1. Silencer cover
                    2. Rectifier CA
                    3. Self start motor size and orientation
                    4. Euro 3 emission norms

apart from that stickers nothing else.

clicked couple of pics. Rust kind of thing was there in this bike also.

To be true i like the Blue one but since my fav color is itself blue i go with it.It would have been nice if u could have clicked the whole bike but any way even the little pick will help.I was thinking about Grey but it is too sober.

Black and Red are too flashy for me.
Hey are the bikes coming with default Toe & Heal shifter or You have the option?
Also i saw the Kick looks like it is placed in awkward postion is it that way?

gee thanks so no one is getting the new models ?

You told April Models are not being given so they are clearing the old lot i suppose?

I would be asking two dealers and see who gives a better deal and probably the new manufacture bikes.

Also can i ask some not so major query.I am going to give the whole amount no finance so can i expect any kind of discount as such

Kk so means by default Toe and Heal are there i thought the heal was a addition for those who needed it

I don't have any issues with the Insurance have my parents in General Insurance so i get 80% discount.

                          Wow u said 68 K???

it cost on road here around 62K and less discount then almost 6-7 k difference that is lot of taxes.
