kk hmm i think u should get it checked up first just try a local mechanic if possible he can tell u if it is something serious else u can always go to SVC.

Now if it needs replacement i don't know if they will refuse but need to be hard with SVC guys they can be a pain.

          • the fuel knob turns 360 degree because one of the screws which holds fuel knob lever to the base of the tank is missing. Confused. Remove the left hand side panel. You would see a plate at the end of the cylinder on which knob is fitted. The plate is in place with the help of two screws. If one of These screws is missing, the knob will turn 360degrees. Raj p.s. Someone tell me how to reply to multiple posts at once.

Just use the multi quote button just next to quote button.

I mean press the + button on whichever post u want to quote. Really even if the knob turns 360 Don't know how the fuel is leaking

                  • Going for second service need help / advice

My Bike's second service is due on 4th May (Tuesday)

i have done only 1700 Kms but its close to 90 days hence second service is required

                    Going to ask them for
                    * headlight brightness need RR unit Change to CA Series (default one comes with the bike is BA mine is 2010 model)
                    * mileage check required as am not getting consistent mileage (some times 40Kmpl and another time 46kmpl its not crossing 46)
                    * A check required on the smoothness of gears as it is bit hard nowadays
                    * Oiling the chain; and engine oil change

Guyz please let me know if any specific thing need to be checked during second service

am at Bangalore used to service my bike at millers road Suzuki showroom
I believe we can approach another dealer if the service is bad coz that wont affect the warranty
in this case let me know the best servicing dealer in Bangalore

is it normal to have the RPM at 1500 during idle ?

even suzuki recommend to have in the range 1300-1500 so its normal.

No need to get the service done you can do this in Delhi at least. Also i know the dealer i just saw in their site the dealer is my Friends uncle what a coincidence

if you get the new graphics bike it will have CA series. Dont worry

small aluminium thing will be there above engine and near the battery side.

the serial # printed on it will tell the series. CA will end with CA

                            • Guys anyone tried changing the backlit of the LCD console ?

i like the white colour of R15's so thought of changing mine too.

Default orange color is not attractive

White is interesting choice but what about when u are in sun ? Is it visible
