Most of us have the habit of using rear brake hard and many don't even use the front brake! Also, brakes would apply progressively... they shouldn't lockup the wheel... again, we are used to locking up kind of braking for many years now.
Anyway I already have posted m comments that I did feel the brakes were not up to the mark as compared to the test bike I drove but as joy pointed "b4 first service proper n uniform wear tear of the liner has to take place so its purposely kept lil lose" seems perfectly logical to me. So may be that cold be the reason that I felt brakes to be ok after my bikes first service....anyhow I can stop dead on from 85-90 to 0 by applying the brakes comfortably (both disc and drum) I think I am pretty much ok with the this bikes brakes.....
