      • Had I been in place of Arish,I would have pulled something impressive instead of bending my GSR's handlebars................whenever I see girls I become a SuperHero......but like every Superhero I have problems getting a real time girlfriend.

Today, A Hyundai Santro suddenly jumped up into the left lane from an alley,I did a powerslide(skidding the bike at 70degs,but not kissing the ground) to save my GSR hitting it,Then as I passed the speeding vehicle at a breakneck thingy,I said " F**K you '' only to find two cute starry eyes looking at me in awe.A woman behind the wheel.

Dont mind,Women makes far less mistakes then men because they drive less, but they are the dumbest drivers on road.If women gains equality in numbers behind wheels or on bars with men..........number of deaths and injuries due to accidents would be 10 times more. Some would even blow an annoying BF on his bike out of the way with their cars,God I am saving my prayers for that day

So,lets know hows Arish putting on with his pain of scratching his GSR and let the girl as she is.......(GSpians are more concerned about the scooty cutie it seems !! )

It was a bit of heavy rainfall last night @ bangalore

Parked my beauty on open space rain started she is silently waiting on rainfall for me almost close to 3 hrs.

Just cleaned and turned her on single press of start button bought her to life,

Some places are filled with. More than a feet of water she just splashed the water carried me and swimmed across all the stagnant water and with stands the bad rainy weather.

Thank you GS with your power am able to catch the train on time.

My dear GS take rest and relax we will meet next friday.

Coming to the damage part. Front forks got rigged.handle bar got completely twisted. It came almost to the left one.wind shield is broken.the right air scoop is broken. A hell lot of scratches are there. Also the key is broken and got stucked into the ignition.

            I got shocked.The headlamp did'nt even had a scratch...

Immediately gave the bike to the svc. Head svc guy told me all the fibre parts cover 50% insurance and rest metal part like fork, handle part cover 100% and will be completely replaced...I am happy to hear this but at the same time feeling sad coz i'll get it after 10-15 days...will miss my GS...

Can anyone give me some suggestion how to remove the scraches ??? I'll get crazy if the scratches are there...
I have 2 accident experiences with my GS.

First one it was a guy who was crossing the road by carrying his cycle and jumped from the median.. I banged him at 90kmph... Thank god nothing serious happened....

I spent around 12k (insuramce 9.5k )... I got my front alloy for replacement in insurance (actually there were only minor scratches in the alloy but the SVC guys damaged the alloy and asked replacement from insurance)... But the SVC guys delivered the bike with my old alloys and asked me to come back after one week to change the alloy as they didnt have the stock.

In that 1 week interval I had my 2nd accident... This was again a boy who came suddenly in front of my bike in the opposite direction.. I hit the discs hard and the road was very sandy.. Yes I fell down on my left with a great impact... The bike went away from me and moved towards right.. A lorry coming behind me ran over the bike's front portion... I had a broken left clavicle...

Everybody asked me to sell the bike... It was my bike.. I bought it with my hard earned money... I claimed insurance again (19k totally... 14.5k from insurance)... Changed alloy (actually i got the alloy from the previous insurance claim which i didnt change), front forks, handle bar, wind visor, head lights, crash guard etc etc

Now the information for you is.... ask the SVC guys to do the paint job for scratches... Insurance also pays for the labour work which includes painting... Even I had my rear cowls painted twice (in both the accidents). I got the amount covered by insurance... Better ask your SVC about this. Those people will know everything and share a good rapport with the insurance people..

I got hurt on my face near right eye and some internal bleeding from nose..ONLY coz I WAS NOT WEARING A HELMET...my biggest mistake...

Its something like 85% front brake press-release and 100% rear brake, constant press. To me it comes naturally.Learnt the trick on my previous bikes in order to avoid head-on collision with cars which stopped suddenly while speeding. This thing changes the direction of travel of the bike, thus avoiding imminent collision.I however recommend slow riding in traffic prone zones in order to avoid these situations. Please be aware that keep some distance from fellow road users. Its better to allow the rider, whose direction or intention is not clear,at first.

                    Wrong tune totally,
Idling screw is silver color on the right side, pointing upwards, just below the double throttle wire harness.
Fuel screw is bronze color, left side, near the black wiring harness on the Carb.

For your new bike set the number of turns at 2.5 anti-clockwise from lock position of the screw.
                    2.5 turns means,complete 360 degree turns.

                      • remember

                        @arish

Both of you need fir to claim insurance

Dont take them lighter because our law is always in favour them.

In india by default She is having legal advantage than he.

One lie from her end will cause enough damage to you

So be careful and try to fix up all issues (if any ) directly coz police and court are always in favour of them and for sure it will burn a big hole on your pocket.
