[QUOTE=KnoXxX;1264146]I've used the P220F since its launch and never faced any problems with the self starter what so ever. I used to check the battery once a month and never cranked the self for more than 5 seconds. Thats the key to have a trouble free self I guess. Just my thoughts.

open the seat and check inside the tool bag, there is a L shaped wrench called a "Ellen Key" thats the wrench you want to use to open that screw you have mentioned about. But I will suggest that you dont open that screw, as the carb can be tuned without opening the side panel. just shine a torch or your mobile phone's flash and look carefully near the root of the carb some wires are clipped on behind those is the tuning screw. A long screwdriver is needed to adjust it, thats all!

I know it's too much to ask, but could you send me a pic lest I turn some other screw and the carb fall on my head 😲🙏

        Hi Guys.

I wanted to know anyone has changed their headlights ?
I find that the throw isn't that good when you compare to bikes like avenger or P220.
Can we get some changes done without loosing out on the warranty ?

Also I was thinking of going for a K&N filter. Will that void the warranty ?

        Thanks in advance.

Even I had that problem. Keep rpm at 1500 for hot engine. You may have to change it again when you cold-start. At some point you'll reach the right setting.

Another problem, "space" on the keyboard doesn't work quite often while typing quotes(in the chrome site), although nothing's wrong with my keyboard.

                  Workaround:
type some junk character and Hit enter. Now from next line you can able to type as usual.

If there is too much variation in the cold vs hot idle RPM, it could be due to a lean carb setting.
Do you face cold start issues and loss of pick up?

                        Hi Guys,

Today I installed a airflow-type leg guard/crash guard on my hornet. The issue is the clutch cable is tightly pinned beside the clamp screw, so now turning the handle to the right is not light anymore and it generate a screeching sound, as the clutch cable is brushing against the clamp screw every time (the handle pulls it every time, thus obstructing the movement. clutch cable is behind the leg guard upper rod).

Have any of you faced this issue? Please suggest what to do.

Before 2nd service there was no cold start issue at all. After 2nd service bike fails to start by kick in mornings but electric starter works fine at that time

Then I have set the rpm to 1000(in service they have reduce it to 750) after that kick starting problem gets resolved.I am not facing any loss of pickup also..

But from last 6-7 days the the rpm is shooting at the signals to 1750 to 2000 rpm.

Back to business now. Where can I buy the master link for my chain? How do I remove the chain and install it(preferably without having to open any panels)?

Check the first part of the below post on other reasons for this issue. Post courtesy: Sibun. However, I don't think that battery could be a problem as your bike is new.
