ACF-50 it's used to prevent rust. Some ASCs use it.Originally posted by vaRider View Post@Shashank K R, what can be done to prevent rusting on other parts
It's strange, my Unicorn isn't rusting anywhere except for a nut on the foot peg (thoroughly checked as I had to remove tank, side panels, headlight dome, etc for fixing some stuff).
leech Does the Bosch dual tone void warranty, as in does it require cutting/splicing wires? Will it work on our 4ah batteries?Last edited by Shashank K R; 07-06-2016, 01:19 AM.

No relay needed. No extra wiring. Just an extra wire needs to be added to the stock horn wires, since my CBR came with single horn. I used crocodile clips to connect them.Originally posted by Zeit View PostExtra wiring needed or ... modifications to stock circuitary???
I guess our battery ? ... Will it support it?
About the 4 ah battery, well I'm not too sure. CBR comes with 7ah battery, and I've changed to a 9ah Amaron AGM for more fun.
I recommend the Bosch dual tone because the seller told me anything more powerful would require a relay. And I've used it liberally for the past 3 years. It can be heard by trucks.

Yes, you're right. In my area as well many bikes are older and they haven't rusted a bit. Even 2 old model unicorns are totally clean.Originally posted by Shashank K R View PostACF-50 it's used to prevent rust. Some ASCs use it.

I contacted SVC about this and they asked to me visit. Let's see what they say.Ride hard, Ride safe! :D

Re: Honda CB Hornet 160R Owners Experiences
I don't know whether it was the riding in incessant rain over the past week, or just plain faulty electricals, but this morning when I tried to start the bike, the display would just switch off. After a few attempts the bike finally started and the display came to life as well. Thank god! BUT then the horn wouldn't work. After riding a few kms the horn started working as well. Had no choice but to ride it to work anyway as otherwise I would be late. Thankfully no glitches faced on the way but I think I need to go get the wiring checked. Hoping it doesn't happen in the evening while leaving office *fingers crossed*Keep Calm & Ride On!
