It was under warranty in my case. Just consult with service executive he may help you out. These should be under warranty unless it’s a plastic part which may need replacement.Originally posted by hemnath View PostWas it changed under warranty or does it costed you out of the pocket.

Re: TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Ownership Experience
Together may not cost you more than 2K. Levers are quit cheap, it’s carry over from RTR 180. For the mud guard I think it’s just about 1k provided the availability. Not sure though just get checked about the availability from the service center store room and then go for the repair. In my case I had my engine guard and the foot rest changed a couple of times. Both the times I dropped the bike due to some minor accidents.Originally posted by Manash Roy View PostAnyone know how much the front mud gaurd cost and the front brake lever? Had a little mishap. The mudguard broke and the lever has bent.

See if you feel more weight on any one of your wrists or shoulders. If so you might have a bent forks. Ask your service executive to test ride the bike once while pre-check of service. They might be able to tell what exactly the problem is.Originally posted by Manash Roy View PostAlso my bike is slightly goes towards right side when I leave the handle. What is causing that?

You. You left the handlebar. TVS didn't make this bike for circus use.Originally posted by Manash Roy View PostAlso my bike is slightly goes towards right side when I leave the handle. What is causing that?
Jokes apart, almost every bike has a minor pull to left or right once you leave the handlebars at a certain speed. You can fix it, or leave it like I did for the past 20,000 kms.

It's not minor, when parked on center stand and the handle bar is slightly kept towards left side, the handle automatically turns towards the right side. And the bike pulls towards right side when riding, though very slightly. Mind you I recently had mishap and the handle bar tool all the hit.Originally posted by leech View PostYou. Upon inspection, I found the front suspension has bent quite a lot. Is it better to repair or replace it?Originally posted by AbiRam View PostSee if you feel more weight on any one of your wrists or shoulders. If so you might have a bent forks. Again check it with the service guy, besides replacing the front fork is quite costly, while repair of the fork can cost 2kOriginally posted by Manash Roy View PostUpon inspection, I found the front suspension has bent quite a lot. Is it better to repair or replace it?

Any idea how much will it cost to replace and can I claim insurance on it? The bent is clearly visible. I cannot upload a pic. The app won't let me do it.Originally posted by AbiRam View PostAgain check it with the service guy, besides replacing the front fork is quite costly, while repair of the fork can cost 2kLast edited by Manash Roy; 02-18-2018, 05:13 PM.
