My straight forward statement is, you get what you pay. If money is not a problem go for Ducati, BMW, hardly, etc twin engine, four cylinder etc. You want the world's best bike at lowest cost. How is that possible in this world?

When SC banned BSIII I saw important bikes giving 3 lakhs discounts. When I saw the details, it's bloody 2600cc bike and costs only 26 lakhs. My question to myself was, how come they have this BSIII and selling in India for 26 lakhs. It may have the best features but now out of race.
      hardly?

2600cc motorcycle? Where did you get that from? Currently the largest displacement engine is inside the Triumph Rocket III with a ~2300cc engine (inline 3)

Just because they are BS3 does not mean triumph will drop teh price of their bikes. Its not like they have massive units of this model in India. These bikes are imported on demand. Hence they dont have as many unsold units as common commuter bikes. ALso once again just because they are BS3 and their sale is banned does not mean they are "out of race"

What the hell. They didn't find an ECU inside? If this is true, Bajaj should be sued if they had mentioned the bike having an ECU. If not, Kiirus should be.

B7ACKTHORN - any info on this?

Is it OK to be like that or should get it corrected from service center

I happened to see this as well in the bike that was being offered to me. May be this is how they have set it. It seems pretty odd to me though

"One of my past co-worker called...." They are playing it safe to avoid being sued directly. Cheap publicity stunt.

They can still be sued if their story of the past coworker doesn't pan out upon interrogation.

PS. From my understanding the quality of the mirror is superb but the surface area is small as well as the stack. The dioptric power of convex lens is also absolutely perfect. There is no distortion of reflected imaged in the margins.

Found mirror s of avanger or v 15 is better in terms of surface area thus directly resulting in the field of view. The stack is also bigger.
                        Please pour in ideas.

Latest apache mirrors are of more dioptric power hence covering more area but is having terrible margin distortion of reflected images. Same for pulsar.

One more reason was nitrogen was not available everywhere.
I've been running Nitrogen on my bike and haven't had any such poor grip experiences. Of course, with the summer temperatures going past 41 deg c any tire would be heated up pretty much quickly, Maneesh. But what I would suggest is, never going into cornering spree the moment you take your bike the next day or after parking for more than an hour or so beit Nitrogen or normal air.. Do you see, the tire warmers in the motorcycles almost always on before the start of the race even them being the slickest of the tire, though it depends on the track. Nice that you brought this topic, here is a tweet from Michelin as to what they use in their tires

We usually use compressed, dried air to inflate #MotoGP tyres but use Nitrogen at Sepang due to the extreme humidity (water in air)
Our air is 80% and 20% other combined gases including argon et cetera (me ain't a scientist, but these are basic high school stuff) So, you might ask if MotoGP uses compressed dried air.. NOTE DRY AIR. Water in air means, water vapour inside tire vaporize and cause heat and , remember pressure increases with the temperature increase and this causes uneven temperature inside the tire, which causes certain hot spots and makes the tire expand at a particular spot more than the other (you getting the point) this causes handling problems. At least this is my understanding. So, in Ooty, being humid, I use Nitrogen in all my tires so that the pressure remains constant even after months of not taking the bike, and it doesn't absorb moisture which is a big plus. I can vouch 100% personally for the constant pressure. 32 was exactly 32 even after a month of not using the bike, whereas one which had normal air was almost at single digits.

As long as your are riding, the the friction is between the outer tread and the road which heats up the tire, the stuff inside doesn't mean a thing, because the heat will penetrate the tire and pass over to the air inside. Now this is where Nitrogen comes into play, it doesn't absorb moisture from air, as normal air does, it doesn't leak as normal air (the tire pressure loss you observe after parking for a month) so, it's a debatable topic as to which to use, in the end if your tires can run cooler at "CONSTANT PRESSURE"which Nitrogen helps, and avoid rusting of the inner side of the rim lips et cetera, nitrogen is a good idea.

                            Cheers!
                            VJ

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                            The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

                            THE END
