The bike is macho in terms of looks. Its a head turner, when you are in city people take a glance of its beauty.

In terms of built quality at this price it is a value deal.

2 Things that raise my concern is bite of the rear brake which is not upto the mark. May be after 1st service it will be better.

Second concern is vibration between 3k - 4k rpm in lower gears.

Otherwise everything is just perfect. Got the bike on Friday eve and I have ridden 200Kms as of now.

Fuel Efficiency is between 20 - 25 Kmpl as I ride in city traffic and highway both. Really looking forward for same to improve after 1st service.

Also request members to add me if there is any Dominor Group of Mumbai.
wow congratulations ,happy and safe riding.

I felt same initially. But now comfortable on this. It can pass in as little space as an Activa. Can stop easily. Large turning radius and weight are issues but after getting used to you wont feel them.

Hi I am new to this thread .
I booked my Dominar in Jai bajaj Chennai , and i got the dispatch message regarding the same.
When I left my Pulsar for service I asked the service manager about the Dominar he asked me to wait for some time and then buy it since its facing many issues.
One issue he mentioned is if you go above 90kmph there is some blockage in the engine. Two bikes with the same complaint came for service it seems.
So I am quite confused now whether to go ahead with the booking or not.

I can say only this....i have clocked 90+ so many times but didn't face any issue. Cruised on highway at 100 around. My ODO is 1050.
After 80 kmph bike is butter smooth.

Initially i was getting that click sound too. But then i observed ...clutch was not fully engaged.
Engage the clutch lever fully and gear shifting will be smooth.

Listen to the service guy. He sees a lot of Dominars, and has first hand knowledge about the customer problems. It's well known all manufacturers correct glitches in their bikes using feedback from first batch customers. Wait a few months, you will get an improved Dominar.

Since booking at Jai Bajaj Adayar Chennai, this dealer in chennai was great to have a Whatapps group started that grouped all Dominar buyers.
Last one week we had 2 of the buyers report an issue with engine chocking in throttle response as soon as you hit 90 kmph. Speaking to the sales person, he acknowledged but stated that only 4 bikes has been reported this issue. The dealer technicians are not able to crack this yet (since 3 days of troubleshooting) and appears Bajaj has been made aware to investigate/help further- Came across this in some other site. So this is true . The dealer even asked my permission for adding me into that group . Still haven't added me.
