Now that was a stretch of an argument of little purpose. Buy what you want and what you can afford. Retards or not, be what you think is right. Though if one is a retard, he/she will be in denial either way. In what way can I be termed as a retard if I am riding at 60 and some Nitwit decides to cut me off. ABS helps. It is not being shoved down/up anyone those who desire to trust their 'instincts'. Though after March 19' it will be shoved down/up anyway.

Abs discussion does have a lot of nuance and worth discussing. Why to take someone's word for it instead of finding yourself.

I have been riding r15 for 7 yrs now. Bought it for sports riding and have put all effort in smooth throttle control and progressive breaking. Abs in my mind does not register or has any importance as such.

But i do acknowledge its importance for duke390 /dominar. While cornering I noticed they tend to get too fast quiet easily. Hence single channel abs would be good for me as beginner sport bike rider.

Someone starting out on other bikes with different mindset might feel differently about abs. If you want to practice progressive throttle and breaking, you would have to do defensive riding which automatically reduces quiet a bit the chances of getting in unpleasant situations.

Please guys let's not fight/argue or stretch this abs topic any more leave it now. It really is a good and life saver feature to have , but a owner has his own choices to make.
Let's make this a dominar ownership thread once again.

Yesterday met bajaj dealer in Ahmedabad, he had no idea about launch of new version. He wondered if it is for export.

Hoping it gets launched soon. I am planning to get a new bike this diwali. or get repaired my r15 if am unable to stretch the budget to dominar / duke 390. Don't want to regret later.

Now the gear oil last longer catches less dirt, and there is no chain noise.
Earlier i survived on ep 60 and ep 90.
Hi, Gear oil instead of chain lube?

Yup. That's the gear oil for 4 wheelers which works really nicely on our bike's chain [emoji4]

Yes you got it right, gear oil to lube chain.
Ep90 in winter and ep 140 summers. You can also use ep 90 all year.

Gear oils are far cheaper too. Amazon has options.

Guys I want to buy a paddock stand. I'm from Pune, budget around 3-4k. Don't recommend Amazon, quality of paddock stand available on Amazon is not at all good.
Recommend any place in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Talegaon area.
