    Actually, I think i might be wrong.[emoji28]

When the wheel is jacked up using a paddock stand the swing arm is still loaded. So the slack, once set, remains the same even when the stand is removed.

While on the centre stand, the swing arm is unloaded.

Im confused. Others input is appreciated.

Hence a centre stand is badly needed... [emoji28]

I read is somewhere that it is the system provided to meet BS4 norms. This might be the reason for pressurized fuel tank problem i am facing

And for that chain slapping in rear break, i never felt it. Get the slack adjustment done if the slack more than 30 mm, 20 to 30mm is the recomended slack.
I do feel the chain kat kat at very slow speed while exiting my street and that is normal.
Yeah that's what I thought.. There SVC ppl are lazy. Told them about the slack and they always come up with an excuse to avoid doing any work.

The charcoal canister is nothing but a catch can, that traps the fuel vapors from the tank and re-routes it to the intake for a clean combustion. This way, the fuel vapor isn't vented to the atmosphere causing air pollution. This also basically comes under emissions norms, but technically not the BS norms. For a vehicle to be BS IV V or VI compliant the gases have to be measured at the exhaust pipe with set norms from the government.

The whoosh sound that you face, is mostly due to insufficient venting. This can be cleared by routing the pipes clearly and cleaning the system. I've made a thread here in xBhp for the RE Himalayan for the same issue.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
            The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

            THE END

Yesterday i received the same (mine is clear without tint). Installed it immediately. Just a 5 minuts DIY job. Now, riding my dominar with this windshield is really fun

Sorry for pointing it out but that looks out of sync with the bike and more aftermarket-ish.
The stock setup looks the best that way.

I know that. But can't help bro. Dominar needs windshield badly. I know it doesn't go right with bike. But if bajaj has provided even a little but longer windshield i won't have opt for aftermarket windshield.

Suggestions on lightweight helmet with good looks which will go with red dominar. (In less than ₹2000)
(Lightweight is the most important criteria for me, as I've headache problem, i cannot use tight and heavy helmets even for 5 minutes)

Though it is not a helmet thread but still, Studds thunder d3 i am using it very good and light weight perfect for city amd short highway stints good companion for my smk or studds shifter again good slightly heavier than thunder amd comes with dual visor.
Thunder d3 comes with mirror visor amd i switched that with tinted one without any cost at the shop. And would advise to switch to clear or tinted visro from the word go as mirror ones are not good for night.
But make sure whatever you buy would fit snuggly on the head.

And plz explain the issue little more seems like a battery issue could be possible that the battery is unable to hold the charge and needs replacing. There is no logic behind the 10tr fuel stuff i have been topping it up to the inner brim since the day one, mine is from the very first day of the commencement of the delivery of Dominar in Jan 2017.
For the oil drop stuff and speed breaker , it is always good to slow down before the bump but now you have mentioned it i suggest keep an eye on both the front forks and the rear one too for any oil leakage.
When you park your bike keep some paper under the all possible areas like forks and bottom of the engine to see clearly where it drops if it drops.
And the other thing which comes to my mind is that this could only be the exess chain lube dropping on the ground if you have lubed it recently before the day u spot the oil and is pretty normal.
Get the front sproket cover opened up and see if there is too much chain lube there.
On this one of the bolt holding the sprocket cover in place is shared with the engine so do not start the engine when it is open and also see if the oil has come from there.

All of this is when and if you spot the oil drop again.
I got the issue sorted. They did the work seriously only after i sent a mail to customer service. The svc guys said that a tps sensor was the issue and they cleaned all the fuel flow elements. Looks okay for now. Though, I'll have to wait and check for some more time.

                            Thanks for the suggestions.

I have got another problem now 🤦*♂️ . There's paint peeling off the engine cylinder and the metal underneath looks rusted. Should i get it checked or is it just surface rust?Click image for larger version

This should be covered under warranty , should have not happened in the first place until a bubble from day one (factory) or hard or rain water is stagnant there for long time.
For surface rust u can clean it with wd40 or deisel to see if it goes away.

This is the first casualty of getting your vehicle washed at the service center. Their pressure washers will remove even the skin from a human being. If you see paint missing from engine casings and wheels, this is the washer doing its job. They use plain old high Kilo Watt motors with no special nozzles to clean a car.

I never wash my Dominar at the SVC. Though they washed it once inspite of me telling them not to.

Anyways, looks like Cast Iron is used instead of Aliminium for the engine block. Quite surprising considering Bajaj has used Aluminium for at least a decade on all their motorcycles.
