As I posted earlier that the rear brake has no bite at all.
Yesterday I decided to test the rear brake.
From college to home (16 km) I used only rear brake. For soft stopping and for hard stopping.
These are the issues I experienced.

    1. Very very less bite
    2. Whenever I'll press the brake lever hardly, the lever will tap my feet back.
    3. Sometimes lever will push my feet back up this releasing the brake fully
    4. In dusty patch abs gave up. Tyre slipped for about 2-3 seconds then I released the brake.
    5. And now rear brake is making screeching sound whenever I'll use it.
I had a Duke 200 before I got P220. While the 220 brakes are really good, the Duke 200's rear brake was absolute rubbish and wooden like.
What I did was bleed the brake oil a bit and introduced some play for the lever.
I use front to stop because physics is greater than any knowledge gained during the ride.
Try to bleed the rear brake system and see if it works.
What I don't understand is, why the Dominar owners have been so dependent on rear brake?
Either the jump is from 125/150cc bike which had rear drum brakes or the reliance on the rear brakes and bike riding techniques have been from the scooter age.

The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place. It will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.

I'm not dependent on rear brake.
2 weeks ago I tried my friend's dominar and in his bike the bite on rear brake was much better than mine. That's why I tried everything on rear brake two days ago to see if there's anything else except less bite.

In my dominar i used 16 AWG wire for the auxiliary lights. You please check the current rating of the charger and accordingly choose the wire size (choose a automotive grade wire).

Was really difficult to find proper wire in my area, for the ignition setup at pillion seat end (Used a temporary wire till I get the desired one).. Used the relay mentioned in my previous post and sliced the mobile charger wire to get the fuse set up to connect between relay and battery.. Fixed the relay below the rider's seat on the frame, not perfectly fit coz of the shape of the frame but it will hold without any problems..
I'm not opening things up again till I get every other stuffs in excess at hand..

Thanks a lot for the wiring diagram and knowledge shared.. Cheers mate..!

Got my rear tyre replaced for ₹1639 from MRF under warranty. Total KM's done on that tyre was 20,000 but it had 3mm depth left in the thread. The Depth remaining decides the cost of wear tear. It was a no hassle process … go to Zonal office, tell them regarding issue, they will ask you to fill a form. Then, they will check & ask you to pay. Once payment done, tyre would be replaced.

P.S. This is applicable subjected to availability of tyre. If not available, they will give you a expected date when you can come & get it replaced.

By the way we have crossed a meagre 100 D400 proud owners here.

          Thanks.

I don't want them to blame me back for delaying to bring it to their notice....

Can you click a pic of the stain on earth with the bike parked next time you spot the drop or if you can explain more the location where the drop is relative to bikes body and frame.
And is it petrol or oil or oil mixed with petrol?
Do fill the tank up to the inner brim next time and park it on the stand and notice if you can spot any fuel coming out.

                    2nd service = 4500 - 5000 km or 240 days.
                    Que.
240 days from the date of 1st service or from the date of purchase ?

Date of purchase, it is clearly written in manual .

I mean connect one side of the fuse to the positive terminal of the battery and the other side of the fuse can be connected to the relay by using a wire. Since your charger comes with a inbuilt fuse, another fuse may not be required. However, this inbuilt fuse will not protect the relay and the wire from battery positive terminal to the relay pin no. 30. If you ask me, I will put a fuse near the battery +ve terminal. It may be a overkill, but in case of electrical accessories I don’t want to take any risk.

This same relay i am using for my auxiliary light set up. This relay is of good quality. So far i have not faced any issue.

Yes it can be connected. But before connecting you must check the +ve terminal of the red connector with a multi meter. In ignition off condition it should show 0 volt and in ignition on condition it should show 12 - 13 volt.
What gauge / diameter wire would you recommend for the circuit? 1mm wire from the hardware store will do?

Got the tank vibration reduction kit installed today, the buzz in the tank is almost gone.
This it is actually bunch of lose parts put together by the service centers to make a kit. It contains new and bigger rubber pads and washers and bolts for the tank cover and the metal fuel tank to make to grip properly amd reduce the vibes in the tank.
The rubber pads under the riders seat are also replaced with newer and thicker pads to reduce the seat vibes.
This was done under warranty and I wasn't charged any thing for this, as per my service center this kit is released by bajaj for the Dominars made before July 2017(not sold), they will varify this with chassis number.
