Is it custom fabricated to specs to fit the Dominar or is it put together by using OEM parts of some other bike?Originally posted by saudjawed View PostWhen I bought the price was 3850/- including shipping first 100 order got 1000/- discount.Bajaj SuperFE 150 - Forever in my heart

Any known reason or explanation why both Motul 20W50 or 10W50 goes down by 100-200ml after 2-3K kms of usage? Gets so worrying each time to see oil level go downBajaj SuperFE 150 - Forever in my heart

Re: Bajaj Dominar 400 Ownership Experience Thread
Start using bajaj dtsi 10000 10w50 and stop worrying, the level never went low on my Dominar with that oil. 20w50 is a thicker grade so it gets burned up easily and the motul 10w50 yes it does starts to get low after 3k kms seen it on many bikes. Don't know any specific reason for this but motul recommends 5100 v 10w50 for Dominar seen it on their official chart this could be the reason.Originally posted by kiran2508 View PostBumping up an old post, I am seeing this happening quite often on my bike (no leaks, no burning, no blow back, all checked), also did a lot of research and I see it's quite common on Bajaj/KTM engines with Motul 20W50 or 10W50.

Dunno but yes 100ml is what goes down..Originally posted by kiran2508 View PostBumping up an old post, I am seeing this happening quite often on my bike (no leaks, no burning, no blow back, all checked), also did a lot of research and I see it's quite common on Bajaj/KTM engines with Motul 20W50 or 10W50.

This time I didn't top up coz I had accidentally added around 200ml of more oil during change.. It was winter then, now I won't do that..

Re: Bajaj Dominar 400 Ownership Experience Thread
How did you fix the noise bro??I have that problem too.Originally posted by Chetak.Jr View PostHey guys, I need some help. Bruce (my bike Dominar) is facing some issues.
1. Upon moving the bike from stand still or slowing down below 20 I can hear a sound from the rear of the bike. It's as if something is being forced to rotate in a tight confinement. The sound is like "Koooooooooo"
2. Both engine oil and coolant oil level appear below minimum in the morning before cold start.
3. I can hear the front disc rubbing against the unit. The distinct metallic sound can be heard.
Has anyone of you faced these issues. Please help

My 220 has toolkit below the rear seat and that causes rattle.Regards,
