Felt at the fuel tank? Then that might be a frame related issue.

I'm using shell ax7 from 1000 km...now at 6500...maybe at 7500 or 10000 will to fully synthetic shell
It's been good...shell is way better than yamalube .
For all fz25 owners filling exact right amount and checking the oil level after refill will make ur ride vibe free !!also proper chain slack is so vital !!! Love this ride and yes ride hard but SAFE...don't pamper the bike and it will make you smile.
              cheers

Depends completely on your riding style and conditions. If you live in hot climate area and ride the bike very hard, go for fully synthetic oil from either Motul or Shell. If you are a sedate rider and live in a good place with nice climate go for a semi-synthetic oil.

I am using Shell Ultra Fully Synth 10w40 since 3k kms odo reading reads 141xx kms now
My daily commute to office is 50-55kms,mix of highway and city ,what I have observed is Shell FS doesnt lose it viscosity at higher temperatures, engine noise is very less compared to what it was with Yamalube & Shell AX7 SS.
Still the oil didnt lose its properties much after 3k kms but will change it now on a safer side.Click image for larger version

Are those dual horns? And did you use any brackets to hold the Windshield?
