    No idea about pilot street.
Check wheel alignment if rear tyre was replaced.
Tyres wear out prematurely and make noise when not aligned straight. Do check for wheel bearing noise.

Am facing this issue when I start my bike it revs between 2k to 3k rpm after 5minutes of getting hot it's runs normally. Visited SVC couple of time and they say no problem is there ? My software is also up-to-date. Anyone else facing the same issue ? I feel issue is with throttle position sensor
Also any one using zana crash guard ?

Rpm hovering btw 2k and 3k on its own is normal when engine is cold otherwise it might shut off and you will have to crank it again.
My friend is using zana windshield and crash guard which surrounds the engine completely, i am using ktm fork sliders and windshield by zana. Crash guards make front end little bit heavy, but provide good protection.

Check for the version your console is running on and ask SVC to update when you get a chance (v42 being the latest).

I recently did my first service and updated the software to 42. Still same problem. SVC guys were helpless. I will try with some other mobile and check. Could be the case of mobile phone compatibility also.

BTW, I received my Zana windshield. Anybody installed this on their Duke? I could not find any videos on youtube about the installation, neither Zana guys have sent any instructions on that. I am kind of paranoid about fiddling with the screws and don't want to break anything in trying to attempt lol.

            I have installed it myself.
Place washer between windscreen visor and and the mount otherwise plastic will develop cracks around the bolts which will hold it.

I like more windscreen prom yamaha frazer. It fits better in design of duke i think:

If you are wondering how are those extra lights then i must tell you that they are a crap. Bought on amazon. I DO NOT reccomend those pieces of s#it

              ----consecutive posts auto-merged-----

That's sad, indeed. Though I'd like to get the better of it, I do have a few questions. Did the console die a slow death or just like that, you see lines in the TFT console and was this during riding or any drops or impact near the console area. Would be keep to hear on this.

                Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

                THE END

Thanks a lot for this. Very much helpful. You have used rubber washers or the metallic ones which came with the packing? I am planning to use rubber washers all around.

My mechanic bought special rubber set with bolt.
like this. Some hardware shops have it:

It died pretty fast. Just started flickering and went black. After that time to time started flickering and made some fancy patterns. Few days ago it came back to normal, BUT only for few seconds.

No drop, no accident, no rain, nothing special happened. Just died.
BTW, my turn signals goes crazy after riding in a heavy rain. Console start to show turn indicators, but they are acually were off. ANd also started to switch on high beams.
It is because water goes inside that part where all switches are

I have used Metal one with insulation foam(provided by sid who is not on xbhp). You can use any kind, be it metal or rubber, our main purpose is to raise the plastic visor from the mount so that its thickened border does not bend too much and the bolting points(four holes on the shady visor) of the visor doesnt cave in when tightened otherwise they will develop stresses and cracks can be seen.

Sad to see it like this.
Are you getting it fixed under warranty?
Asking because i can see red switch which is used for flashing mechanism or any sort of electronics. I have seen my friends pulsar doing crazy thing coz of that( brake pedals were performing the function of this switch due to some electrical short after one week of installation). (Guessing)Electrical short might have made your screen s#it. Try it once - remove the switch and after market wiring, and see whether anything changes(by seeing the different patterns made by your screen it is possible that your tft is not blown, it is something with electrical signals it is receiving).

that is extra light switch. It is more then year there. They saw my bike at service and told that will replace under warranty (didn't tell anything about modification).
And they weren't surprised, looks like they had experience with this issue before.

Good news that our warranty is extended to 3 years. I hope all of you got new warranty book.

Hi all, I've recently installed one front and rear cameras on the bike. The camcorder is placed right under the rear seat.

Anyone facing problems such as water leaking inside, etc?

Also, any good websites to buy ktm 390 duke 2017 parts such as frame sliders?

I am running AV42 , today while riding I was listening to music and I received a call. The TFT got stuck and restarted. But luckily no drop in odo.

Looks like during might mode it crashes. Didn't face a crash during day mode.

And all this information is updated electronically

They gave me physical booklet, but you are right, all info should be in KTM system, no real need for paper booklet.
