If they take 196 for lubing the chain, maybe you should consider buying a chain lube for yourself, it doesn't cost that much, varies depending on brand, you can use it for very very very long time.Originally posted by nadz11.ns View PostChain Lube Rs. 196/- )
Just a suggestion!

It is used a seal on the oil-filler cover.Originally posted by harry032701 View PostMay i please know what that o-ring stands for?? And where does it go in the bike??I know. Svc charges too much for a few sprays. Since this was its first service, I opted for it.Originally posted by vinitbuch View PostIf they take 196 for lubing the chain, maybe you should consider buying a chain lube for yourself, it doesn't cost that much, varies depending on brand, you can use it for very very very long time.

I have a can of Motul lube, but it is very tedious to apply without a paddock stand.

I got my bike serviced today too at 964 km. Got the oil changed and the oil filter changed. Asked the service guy not to do chain cleaning and lubing. Saved some bucks. :-pLast edited by rohit007sr; 11-11-2017, 06:18 PM.

I have the same issue. My SC tightened the screw so much that the low beam was pointing to the skyOriginally posted by abhiiceman View PostGuys with the headlamp shaking issue. Did any of you guys get a new headlamp for that?
My mechanic added a rubber band and a rubber pipe for the screw which is used to adjust the headlamp focus but still it's shaking.
I asked for a replacement to which they said that every bike comes with the headlight movable. As long as it's not moving your light throw and no vibrating noise is coming, I don't think it should be an issue.

I can shake headlamp even with one finger that is the issue I'm having. Though the vibration noise is gone after adding rubber band still u don't want a shaking headlamp on a almost 3lk bike.Originally posted by nikhn View PostI have the same issue. Edit: I registered a complaint on KTM website few mins back and the manager of the showroom had called me in few mins after the complaint and asked to leave the bike tomorrow.
I'm not able to upload video in Tapatalk else I can show the video for proper understanding of the issueLast edited by abhiiceman; 11-12-2017, 02:03 PM.

Oh. That's different then. Do let me know what if the solution they've provided. Although my headlamp assembly is shaking, it does not affect the light throw nor does it make any noise.Originally posted by abhiiceman View PostI can shake headlamp even with one finger that is the issue I'm having. Headlamp is still shaking. But it is not causing any issues. So I don't want to fix it unless it's causing problems. It seems to be fine for now. Is your light throw shaking when the headlamp vibrates while riding on rough roads?Originally posted by abhiiceman View PostAfter that rubber band juggad, it's not making noise.
