    Small Update !!

Done with the 4th service @ 4300km. ( yes yes i use my bike as a snail).
No oil change. Just usual washing, lubing & tightening of the chain & clutch adjustment.
Bike is running just as new. No problems whatsover. The remora tyres are doing their job decently.
Just a wee bit of a problem. The chain guard hits the left shock absorber everytime i have a pillion on board &their is a big pothole. Its kind of a big sound. I tight the screws up every other week but still this problem persists. If the guard is loose it hits the shock absorber. If it ain't loose then also the same scenario. Anybody else has faced this problem ?? Whats the remedy to this ??

Has the chain guard broken/cracked? If not then I don't see how it can touch the suspension, because both are mounted on the swingarm and would move together in case of a bump.. Maybe the sound is from another part and not the chain guard.

There is no problem with the chain guard. Its fine. I rode pillion with a friend as the rider & i could feel the chain guard touching the suspesion. I know both of them are part of the swingarm but believe me it does touch it. Upon tightening the chain guard the problem vanishes but it starts again after a week or so

Not everyone is as rich as you Srinath :-P besides ,its better to keep the view of selling bikes for the smallest problem with yourself. If they want to ,they would sell it .

One, does it come from the engine ? If yes ,does it come only when the engine is hot ? ,and how many kilometers has your bike run until now ??

The speedometer console might be a little loose. Happened with me once. Though mine happened at around 5k rpm.
Just tight the screws & push the console a bit with your hand. That will do.

No . I suppose it will be good for the engine. It will open the engine up. Did you ride at 90 for long or was it just a touch & come back procedure ?
