@ranjith-what did he say about the R15 then..can a fully tuned fz smoke a r15???? if it cant then technically r15 has better acceleration than the RTR180......just saying..Last edited by pranav_salieri; 11-09-2011, 11:05 PM.

BLACK is the filters' OWN color bro
It ain't became black because of the dirt/dust
Dust is actually the 'soil' colored patches you can see there, just like the inside base of the filters visible in the last pic.

i was talking abt a mile drag bro actually a guy here has the daytona kit on his fz and he beats the hell out of a 160 apache and gives a good competion to the 180 too but when it comes to r15 he just stays ahead of it till the r15 is in its 3rd gear 6k rpm....after tht whoohaa...!!Originally posted by pranav_salieri View Post@utkarsh-then why cant it beat a stock r15????? r15 has leser acceleration compared to the rtr160 and 180.

..I opened the filter box for the first time and i had not seen foam filter before so i got the doubt

1 more serious problem has arised can anyone help me with this....
i recently got the big bore kit installed on my bike...i have run 390 kms on it....and today suddenly funny noises have started to come from the engine head the sound is like.....some ::CHIUN CHIUM CHIUM CHOON:: and it changes to ::GHSS GHSS GHSS GHMM :: after3k rpm i contacted the svc guy he said get the tappet set once i go for the service to him after 500 kms
