Ha Ha. Well said. The servicing should be done only to retain warranty. After that, it's better if it's done by ourselves LOL. They do more harm than help.

The battery is draining out. ask anyone to start the bike for 5-10mts after every 3 days. That will solve the problem

Have heard some bad stories from other states too.

BTW, Which SVC do you visit?
Wash the bike, polish it with oil/diesel, dry the bike & again smear oil on the bike just before delivery is the TVS svc objective for service..
2 days back I went to get my bike's tappets adjusted & get a oil leak fixed & my front brakes back in action... I realized that in the previous service ,the cylinder head which is held by 4 nuts, was not tightened at all ...The front brakes need bleeding, the genius mech. took a spanner loosened the bleeder nut, squirted the brake fluid on the disc&wheel..The best part is TVS calls for "Feed-back" of the service..You can imagine MY "Feed-back"
This is Megdooth SVC, Ulsoor & Cox Town.. The next service would be done in Srigiri TVS SVC in Tumkur.. Its opposite my college, so I can bunk a few classes & get my bike properly serviced..
OR in another month or so I'l learn & service my bike on my own..

                - Innovative TVS in Bhandup - Pathetic( the head supervisor is the only saving grace )
                - Ashwini TVS Thane - had called their office to enquire about the onroad price of the beast,it tuk them 5 to 7 mins just to inform me about the price, felt as if i called some government office.
-Vijay TVS- this is the only SVC that has sincerity left in it..a very good & genuine guy, will give my beast to this SVC for its 4th servicing.

Yes you better change over to something better & feel the difference

                  • went to the SVC for brake adjustment yestrday.. did a bit of accelerator and clutch cable adjustment too.. or i told them to do so..
after i got the bike back.. and done about 50 km it strtd havign a problem
after keeping the bike OFF for more than 15 mins and starting the engine causes the bike to stall as if fuel is cutoff from the engine. twisting the throttle doesnt cause any effect but if i keep the throttle open for 2 or 3 second the bike jumps like it had a big hiccup.

then it would run just fine.. happened a couple of times yesterday. havent taken her out today. have to see her condition now. hope shes okay.

                    • ^^ have you checked the idiling rpm? It should be around 1300-1400, check and do post and I hope the throttle wire has been adjusted properly. There needs to be some mm of play in that too, don't remember it but the svc knows

Was just trying to highlight their attitude in general..the Innovative dealers were chatting on FB when i went there to book my beast, had to be a bit blunt towards them in order to get their attention,i was almost invisible to them.
I have heard pretty ordinary reviews about Ashwini TVS..they are no good then the rest..i can imagine if the dealer is pathetic, then how would be the service centre..
shahbaz, they only listen to us ..from one ear & remove it out from the other..its quite a task to get things done the wy you want from these mechs !! hope they did a good job on your white beast!

                        • Krrishi - I told it before i spend whole day for servicing standing infront of them like mentor otherwise they didnt even wash bike properly...

All they do is Oil Change Filter Change Normal Wash & replacement if you have said something ....

The things which were basics but i told them to do was Brake Check, Nut Bolts Check/tightened/ Mirror Tightening

Every SVC has expert mechs(certitifed by TVS) and trainees. If somethings not done proper talk to the floor manager ask for expert mech. And when they call for feedback if you give negative feedback they will ask you to come over and make sure its fixed.

Still if you are not happy I suggest you take your bike to Bridgestone (rajkumar road) or Zen Shakti TVS in rajajinagar.

I'v spoken to all possible mechanics in both the SVC..As soon as I reach the SVC I speak to the supervisor(who seems interested in listening to complains) BUT still service is crap.. After the feed back calls i'v revisited the SVC & the no care attitude starts off as usual..(I have mentioned the stupid mistakes made & overlooked by mech. in my few previous post)
Please help me out with the exact location (any land marks) of Bridgestone (rajkumar road) or Zen Shakti TVS in rajajinagar,I'v traveled many times on Rajkumar road but was unable to find the Bridgestone.

I think its the air filter. Check it asap. Maybe the svc guys didn;t air blow your filter and its clogged.
