Thats too early.... Wait atleast for 30K Kms. Do you feel, your engine oil is vanishing soon? or bike is lagging too much??

Why decarbing??? Anyway 22k is very less & dont open your engine that fast...
If your problem is mileage drop, performance lag etc change the below ones, either all at once or one by one...
Change your carb diaphragm, TPS, air filter, chain sprocket, spark plugs.
you will definetly feel the difference...

Today my bike had a starting problem.. The bike started using the auto start & after few seconds it switched off.. Again the same thing happened & finally the bike did not start at all with the button start. Later the bike starts up with one kick start.. But the throttle was very uneven & bike would make a back firing sound from the air-filter/carb. area at around 3-4k rpm mark.. What could be the reason behind this..?

What does it mean if engine oil drops below normal level well before the possible KM usage?

Maybe because of the cold weather in bangalore, it might be just a cold start issue...Nothing much to worry is what I feel.
Anyway clean the spark plugs..It was raining lately in bangalore, so maybe the plugs must have got moisture...
See if this issue is repeating again...
Btw did you change the spark plugs??

In layman terms, if the engine oil has a replacement span of 3000 kms, the oil should stay in between the max and min marks on the dipstick. If the oil level drops below the min mark on the dipstick before covering 3000 kms from the oil change, it means that the engine is consuming oil and corrective actions may be required.

B'lore is pretty cool & rainy.. I found little water near the engine-plug cover area.. The water might be the culprit..
The plug was changed at 12k, 15k & the latest was at 19-20k.. Now odo is around 24k..
But when the engine is cold ( less than 5km of riding) the bike turns off when I pull the clutch at very low speed..

I'v noticed a sound from the exhaust while decelerating & a phad phad sound from the carb. when accelerating across the 3-4k rpm.. Is there an issue with TPS or carb.??

Gave my bike for 5th service and asked the mechanic to fix the fork bent, he said like i have to pay 450 extra for the fork bent.
My question is does the fork bent can be covered under warranty, is the SVC fooling me.

fork bent occured due to an accident right, don't think you can claim warranty if it's an accidental motorcycle. and 450 bucks for fixing the bent fork ? or replace it ? it's techinically compromised so you may have problems in future even after a fix.

Warranty can be applied for "Manufacturing Defect" & the "Company" must accept the damage as a defect after inspection.. If it was an accident claim insurance..

Ceat Vertigo 120/70. Its a little more high profile tire, than my last IRC, hence increased diameter.Click image for larger version

ID:	1850834. Just hoping, it wont give up as the IRC did(lost grip and leak on its own in 20K kms)... Never recomending IRC to any one again for pro longed use. Buy only if you are ready to change it after 10K Kms...

So water is one of the culprit.
Next clean you carbs, TPS, air filter. After that do proper tuning. Set the tuning by yourself bcos in svc those guys do it just without making sure the engine is in optimum temperature...
If that doesnt help change your carb diaphragm...
I had an issue of lag when you give sudden throttle response...I changed it & then the bike came back to its RTR-DNA..
