My bikes chian had got very loose and it could not be tightened at all.. So I, took the bike to SVC. The mech was a very young and inexperienced guy,he opened the cover near the gear shifter and asked me to get the small sprocket changed, that's where the confusion started... He asked for a 13T size & ended up fitting a 14T. What is the right size of the inside sprocket??
. The chain is still loose and the chain and sprocket needs to be changed.. What is the size of the rear sprocket for a 180????

RTR180 sprocket size is 14 T front & 44T rear. Chain getting loose beyond the point that it can no longer be tightened is a sign of worn out chain/sprocket set. So when replacing, you will have to replace both sprockets and chain too. Just changing front wont help, infact the new front sprocket will wear out quickly.

How much has your bike done on the ODO?

              Man..apache's stock headlight weighs a TON.....removed it..painting clip ons..
Also new headlight is going in,pulsar classic round one with tata ace lumex reflectors.
Brought philips premium 55/60w halogen too.
              Will update after fixing.

Its normal to have hard gear shift during the run in period, take my words it will be smooth after or around 2nd/3rd service. after heating up the idling should be around 1400 RPM.

Looks cool to me.Saved a lot of dead weight in the front as apache stock head light assembly and speedometer bracket weighs a TON.
Now my rtr is really easy to flick around in city..The weight reduction is really felt.
The bulb is 55/60w philips premium..the ones used in zen.
To save watts I had to remove 2 pilot and no plate lamp(which I would be replacing with 0.5w led)
The reflector is the best one available..from lumex(The ones used in tata ace and bullet)...
The light output is just great..I know that 55/60w lamps in RTR reflector is as good as pulsar 220 stock output..so with even better reflectors output is even good I think!

WOW. Looks retro. May b lil ducatish. I think the TB500's head assembly would be great as well.

Anyone here did cat con removal..please share experience and after effects..
I know that RTR 160 fi did not have any cat con..and regular 160 have one..There is some diff in power and mileage between them.
I want to know will cat con removal have any negative effect on performance and character of rtr!
