          Hello fellow riders,
Im keen to give my rtr160 a new look, its 2010 made and runned ovr 30k. So could you guys please share some opinion how to get a better look for the beast. Im thinking options like-
          1) removing rear fender flap
2)changing the stock headlight to HID with a round frame
3)putting in new tank scoops nd engine cowl like the new ones have
          4) adjusting the rear shock absorber to the upper notch(as mentioned in the manual)....etc
Please suggest me more options as im not so techy in mod department
And put some light how much will it cost.
          Thank you ride safely:thumbup:

I guess the most silent thread is RTR 160..
Previously there used to be some superb experienced people there trying all sorts of stuffs & sharing knowledge...
                Sadly they all left...

@Adarsh_Bk Do you remember sharing the map link (https://www.google.co.in/maps?saddr=...sz=19&t=m&z=19) where you purchased the OSRAm nightracer plus. TOday I searched a lot around JC road. Went to same location you specified (nearby that map location 'B'). As per the map in that place its a car accessory shop & very very small...I tried many other shops while they dont have that model.
Are you sure the location is right??
Also do you have any contact numbers of that shop, so that I can call them and check out??
Sadly most of the guyz didnt know such a model exits abd they tried to persuade me saying such model is not there and go for some OSRAM Cool BLue 35w bulb.
Its high time a dedicated OSRAM bike lighting dealer be available in Bangalore.

Yup, point B is exactly the place. It is small distributors outlet called V K Marketing, not a car accessory shop. There are not many stores around it either.
And yes, not many people know about Nightracer Plus headlamp. You can contact the owner Mr.Venkatesh 9845162688

I have been having similar issues with pune dealers, most confuse Nightracer with the Nightbreaker series, that's why i kept the box pic shown by adarsh_bk to prove my point. Also i might have to see the main dealer but since it is on way to my college, i hope it should not be a hassle

                                Hey! ranju
                                1) removing the rear fender flap will give her a sexy look, and also monsoon is not going to come any soon
2)' HID' well i would suggest that, but as per my knowledge a lot things is needed to look after before switching to HID ( coil rewinding, upgrading relay)
                                3) i don't thing it will match overall, specially with the old model visor
                                4) adjusting the rear shocks is not going to give you any looks appeal

as you want her to look better, a suggestion from my end, get your rims painted , believe me it will enhance the beauty of the beast.

                                cheers!!
