    Yes post 3k vibes are there for all time... My bike was maska before I can feel its power & torque when twisting the throttle but now its like bike engine working hard at 4k too..... And I can feel the tension at Throttle too, AsAP i twist throttle post 3k it seems like very sticky or very tight ...previously it was Responding very well....
    Chances are:
    1. Tuning issue
    2. TPS issue
    3. Check Engine oil level (has it crossed the draining period)
    Whenever you change oil I hope you are also changing oil filters & its a must if different grades are used each time.

      What exactly tuning means ? ... And my first concern is engine oil only ...

            I Guess that Low speed sound/ jerk is called as ENGINE SNATCHING, Engine Knocking is something different which can be very fatal causes by Air Fuel Mixture which results early combustion by spark plug. (not good for Pollution standard)...

            Over All its a Combustion related problem.

            i hear there're better engine oils like petronas, motul, shell, castrol…..
             changing the engine oil will lead you to void the warranty (as per north india service manager), so think twice. But the answer would be, yes there're superior engine oil made by different manufacturers in the market than tvs tru4.
            Yes - if you think you want to claim warranty, if at all there's any expensive damage
            no - if you think you can afford, if at all there's any expensive damage

            Just had a chat with TVS guys they said you can use another Engine Oil after 3 Servicing, Somebody confirm this by asking them again.

            perfectly normal. Accelerating beyond certain limit on rpm damages the engine temporarily or permanently & hence manufacturers have identified a safe rpm limit beyond which the rev-limiter cuts off the fuel preventing any damages to the engine. For example i have not seen beyond 9500rpm at 5th gear (what i noticed personally)

            What I assume is by some modification we can rev it to 12k too need to ask people who has joeld there bike...

                No offence to any SVC mechanic or guy, frankly ask any of the mechanic which grade oil they using & why ? they are blank its the case with Some SVC manager too, so I've decided to go to head office for my queries....

                And you Know very few people knows ABS need Computer setting to tune up or monitor...

                      the picture is blurred ..so maybe they doesnt want anyone to have a peek at that now. :P anyway it looks like Naked and the semi are under development..hopefully a larger engine...TVS needs to have one in that range

                          apparently, engines engineering is the third partner of Hero Moto Corp, somebody visited their website and found this stunning piece of info... i just hope this is not some discarded project...

                                Prateek, really appreciate your work and huge thanks for your detailed FAQ on our bike! We should request Mods to add this to the opening post of this thread.

                                Updates from my side:
                                • Changed the full LCD console under warranty. Reason: the ABS light was ON even after removing keys Upside: the bike looks new with only 600 odd Kms in ODO!
                                • The front fender and engine cowl replaced with the newer ones (i.e the new 'beast Apache') Costed 1k.
                                Grip. Twist. Ride-with Menacingly FAST Apache 180 ABS!
                                TVS Apache 180 ABS (Sep 2011-)
                                Yamaha Libero LX (Feb 2006-Sep 2011) sold
