      yup...i tell u what TVS have done a commendable job till now...i mean how many years it has been into this byk business...applauds...wat the APACHE lacks is refinement....which will come over the years...man i seriously love the exhaust note and the engine sound...i give it damn 2 people who say its engine is rough...it just drives me crazy....its the vibration that needs 2 be taken care of....

      • apart from the power that the MENACE delivers....the handling of the bike is awsome...
        the weight distribution of the bike is great even if u have a tank full of fuel...and i guess its got the shortest turning radius..u simply dont have to put ur foot down 2 turn it at the shortest radius possible...and whn it comes to peg scrapping...it just cries for it...tho i have not tested it at high speeds....will do it at the Madras Motorsport Club..after i get thru the running period...i blv the only let down will be the rubber....felt a bit kind of weaviness on the front and the rear under hard braking..

              Congrats bro..the Menace is really an awesome bike when it comes to handling!

              I was at my cousin's place a few days back where i rode my all time favorite the first gen Apache..
              That bike is really awesome round a corner and in-traffic handling is very sharp and it feels more agile than the RTR...!
              If you ride like there's no tomorrow...worry not there won't be!

                  Yup, the classic Apache is one heck of a fun to ride machine.Even with the short wheelbase it is fairly stable at high speeds.All those years, the Apache series have come up being less flickable then the predecessor but none of them have good high speed stabilty(crosswinds) to rave about.But still they manage to be the best amongst the competition when it comes to flick-ability.

                  @Shivank
                  Did you get cleared off your previous doubt on speedo-error?

                          As you have already clocked 1500km, i think you can safely rip your bike now. But i dont see the pics that you have menitoned.
                          You can only ride better tomorrow if you ride safe today.

                            Can we do anything about the scratches , no matter how hard we try to keey ur bike it will have at least one small scratch in spite of having teflon on it ... is their any way to get rid of them....

                            There are some small scratech which can be seen when the bike is parked in the shade...
