, coz everywhere I read about the ABS. They have mentioned it will be immediately available from Selected Dealers around the country. But none of the dealers which I saw here in Chennai have any clue as when the ABS will be available.
Any info on A180 ABS dealers in Chennai?

Anyway,Guys the slackness of the chain is similar to that of a wave! It swirls while moving,literally.Plus,there's a lot of chain noise..Another thing is the rear disc keep squealing everytime.It's been 3 months since I changed the pads and the rear disc.Tried everything possible but nothing works out in favor..I have been riding with this annoying sound for soooo long..Any suggestions?

^ did you change the chain and sprocket recently? or is it that its nearing the end of its service life? Currently I'm also facing the issue with an eccentric sprocket due to which the chain slack is uneven and it makes a peculiar sort of noise. Will need to change it again soon.

No,haven't changed it as yet.I have no idea of what's the average life of the chain-set.Yes,I am also facing the same sort of issue like you have mentioned.There's an uneven movement and a lot of noise.BTW,My bike has done near 15k km.Shall I change it now?

Try scraping the disc pad a bit and also check the alignment of the disc... Does it disc touch the pad when you rotate the wheel?

I too had this problem with my front disc. I had the disc pad scraped twice but to no avail. But guess frequent usage has worn out the disc and it not longer makes the squeaking noise. Try using your rear disc more frequently to wear it out a little (should help)

Seems like,as when I move bike forth or back in neutral,there's always some kind of frictional noise.As if something is being scraped against the metal.

I have done that scraping thingy fair many times.Twice I think,from the service people.It's been three effing months and I cannot figure out,how much more usage does it need! Right now,my braking is done using 90:10 Front-rear usage.

two indicators of the chain-sprocket nearing its end of service are:
1. Slack adjusted to max and no more room for adjustment
2. Sprocket teeth becoming pointed (normally its rounded)
The life (in kms) vary according to the usage. My stock ones were replaced at 21k. Current one, almost due for change has done hardly 9k kms - which I attribute to faulty sprocket; at one point the chain is fairly tight and at anothee point its very very loose (so much that it hits the swingarm

so just imagine

)

Just changed my front tyres to the ones that come with R-15 i.e. MRF Zapper FY 80/90-17....One Word ....AWESOME

Rear tyre is Ceat Vertigo Sport 100/90-17...very good on uneven surfaces, gravel though loses traction under hard braking which is acceptable. Will change to R-15 rear after some months.

Not really the stock tyre size (90/90-17) but 1 size smaller (80/90-17).

However, its pretty much a direct fit without any alterations. Infact handles better IMO.
